The stairs in the apartments are very creaky. This causes some inconvenience.

Grear location but service needs serious improvement

The location is great, just by the lake. The breakfast is good, although you have to pay extra for coffee other than filter coffee, which the hotel doesn’t inform you of in advance, even though entire breakfast is supposed to be included

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 4 nights and it was NEVER cleaned. Even toilet roll was not re-supplied. At this price you would expect the room and bathroom to be cleaned at least every other day, since this establishment is in fact a hotel, not private apartments to rent.

Very nice set-up: nice building with parking, restaurant, green space, they have their private beach and equipment you can use (sauna, kayak, pedal boat,..) Really charming spot at the lake, very nice staff and service.

I think they could improve a bit on the cleanliness and be a bit more proactive with checking / filling the needs of guests that stay for a few nights (e.g. do they have enough toilet paper, do they need new towels…)

A Dream Holiday

Fantastic place! The location is excellent, beautiful views all around no matter where you turn your head. We had a really peaceful serene stay surrounded by nature - lake, forest, with sounds of birds and wind in the trees. As the owner said - their goal is to make guests feel at home, and that is absolutely achieved. The owners are nice and kind and didi everything to make us feel comfortable. The restaurant has a great selection of food, including some local delicacies and delicious cakes served by very kind people! The hotel has its own beach with lounge chairs and hammocks for total relaxation. You can borrow kayaks and water bikes for free, as well as a motorboat for an additional fee. The owners' cheerful dog, who loves to play with guests, adds to the overall cheerful atmosphere. We were really happy about our stay and would definetely com back again

Perfect Holiday!!

Everything about Pensjonat Rybical was awesome! The location , the view, the rooms, the food, the staff and owners, the service ! Not to forget about the adorable pets Ralf and the cat! This was everything I wanted from my stay! I got it 10/10. I highly recommend and I will come back! Plus its a super pet friendly place. Bring your dogs , and they will not want to go back home 😜 I got a free upgrade to a nicer room since the room was free! 😁

Excellent! A real pleasure of a stay.

The rooms and house are clean, stylish, comfortable, modern, spacious - it is a great environment. The sauna room is fantastic too. I enjoyed the meals, the coffees, the comfortable seating and the tasty, if limited, breakfast. Their carrot cake is superb, definitely try it. Outside is just amazing, with an amazing view, places to walk if you want to explore, plenty of parking, and all the peace and quiet you could want. We will be back in full summer next time to enjoy this really wonderful house, with its friendly, helpful owners and cute dog 🐕.

All in all, 5 stars! I suspect the virus of Chinese origin is affecting the hospitality industry, forcing cost cutting and adaptations, which makes me hesitant to point out issues. My only disappointment is the use of 2 single bed duvets on the double bed, a practice I detest, but a norm in Poland. I want a double bed duvet on a double bed. Breakfast was filling, and I would only ask for hot milk if possible for the coffee ☕. Also, mosquito netting on one or two windows would be a great idea.

Very friendly stuff, comfortable beds, gorgeous view on the lake, very tasty kitchen, great choice of local products in the menu, free kayaks, private beach with hamaks, sunbeds etc.

Sewage smells on the terasse in the evening spoiled a bit the atmosphere. Wooden stairs inside the house cracked so much that at night everyone waked up when they were used

Exceptional

Even though our stay started with a little technical issue - didnt get the room we booked, they made up for us. The service was great, the staff treated us as family and all facilities, accessories (bbq, sauna, kayak, waterbike, etc) were available and for free. Thanks for making our stay flawless and amazing. I wouldn't hesitate going back.

Gospodarze bardzo mili i uczynni.

Śniadanie mogłoby być bardziej regionalne, ale były też smaczki godne skosztowania. Mimo braku prądu gospodarze zadbali o świecie, co było miłym zaskoczeniem. Mimo późnego przyjazdu gospodarz cierpliwie na nas czekał, pokazał pokój i wskazał miejsce porannego posiłku. Dzielił się z nami wiedzą o okolicy dając rady, jak ułożyć plan wycieczki, co można zwiedzić i gdzie się zatrzymać po drodze na posiłek.

Przydałby się expres do kawy. W naszym przypadku materace zbyt miękkie.

Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt recht zufrieden.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war üppig und ausgewogen. Die Servicekräfte waren sehr aufmerksam und erfüllten (fast) jeden Extrawunsch. Beim CheckOut wurde ein Lunchpaket für die Rückreise überreicht. Der im Zimmer vorhandene Deckenventilator war während der Nacht sehr hilfreich um die Zimmertemparatur erträglich zu halten. Durch das sehr große Freigelände mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Zugang zum Uferbereich blieb die Privatsphäre immer gewahrt. Es ist möglich zum Hotel gehörende Wasserfahrzeuge (muskel- oder motorgetrieben) auszuleihen.

Es wäre gut, wenn zumindest für ein Fenster des Zimmers ein Insektengitter vorhanden wäre. Auf Grund der (willkommenen) Lage ist das Eindringen von Insekten (Mücken) sonst nicht zu verhindern. Die Zimmer waren relativ hellhörig, jedes Stuhl rücken im Nachbarzimmer war deutlich zu hören und gerade abends störend.

Świetna lokalizacja, bezpośrednio przy jeziorze, niedaleko miasta Ryn. Cisza, spokój, prywatne molo, łagodne wejście do jeziora, możliwość korzystania z kajaków, rowerków wodnych, motorówki, stołu do ping-ponga. Duży parking. Ładnie urządzone pomieszczenia. Mieszkaliśmy w przestronnym, komfortowym pokoju z bezpośrednim panoramicznym widokiem na jezioro. Śniadania z bogatą ofertą i bardzo smaczne. W ciągu dnia dostępne napoje i ciasto, wieczorem restauracja z ciekawym wyborem dań, wartych polecenia. Ciekawostką jest piwo warzone na zamówienie i we współpracy z pensjonatem. Bardzo miła obsługa, Gospodarze osobiście doglądają gości. Pobyt zdecydowanie udany i miejsce godne polecenia.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, mit regionale Produkten und teilweise selbst zubereitenden, gebackenen Speisen! Gastgeber war am Anfang etwas "zurückhaltend", hat sehr gute Ausflugtipps in schriftlicher Form gegeben und sich erkundigt warum man bei Ihm in Masuren sei. Aufzug im Nebengebäude.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt mit Seeblick. Gute Atmosphäre. Perfekt zum Entschleunigen!

Die ruhige Lage am See ist ganz hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem sind Kajaks und Tretboote kostenlos zu leihen. Billard, Kicker und Tischtennis ebenfalls vorhanden.

Für Tierhaar Allergiker eine Herausforderung. Die Hauskatzen sind überall und klettern gerne über die Stühle im Restaurant, auch wenn man darauf sitzt. Zur Freude unserer Tochter, aber für die Allergiker ziemlich unangenehm.

Urocze miejsce, urządzone z ogromnym wyczuciem i dbałością o każdy szczegół. Właściciele i obsługa życzliwi, otwarci w kontakcie i chętni do pomocy. Śniadania bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Dobrym rozwiązaniem dla korzystających jest restauracja na miejscu z bardzo różnorodnym menu, z sezonowymi daniami, m.in przepyszny makaron z kurkami😀. Miejsce spokojne, idealne dla chcących odpocząć od zgiełku miasta. Jednocześnie położone w bliskiej odległości od większych miejscowości: Ryn, Giżycko, Mikołajki. Z przyjemnością jeszcze tam wrócimy 😀
