The house is neat and clean, with a large garden in a quiet and pleasant area but is under construction. Very good location, a short drive away. There is a common area with a volleyball court and children's games, access to the lake, and the possibility of making a bonfire. There are seating areas.

The internet is poor. The shower has a very weak water flow, and the pipes clog easily. The amount of hot water is very limited (depending on the heating boiler). Only one toilet on the lower floor is very restrictive. In the evenings, there is a large amount of flying insects and it is not possible to open the window that goes out into the garden because it does not have a mosquito net. In addition, it is not possible to sit outside because of the flying insects. The air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms do not work properly. The master bedroom is small and less comfortable. The amount of equipment in the apartment was not enough for a 7-day stay (dishwasher tablets, kitchen towel, coffee capsules, some spices). The access road is not paved, the area is under construction.
