I wish the smell and maybe another fan would have helped

The smell and no ac or enough fans. But the smell in the linen was the biggest issue.

The host was very flexible and friendly.

There were cockroaches in the sink. Yellow residual marks in the pillows like drool marks. The shower flooded after a few minutes. Only one power outlet in the room.

Location is ok, the garage is ample and provides security for your vehicle

The house has a roach infestation problem. I've stayed at budget friendly accommodations before, this place needs lots of improvements, but my non negotiable is the cleanliness of the place. I must say that besides the problem mentioned above, the shower curtain and the bed linens and towels were filthy. A good lodging accommodation must be clean, comfortable, and provide a sense of safety for the guest, and this place failed in all this areas. In terms of safety, the house does not have a main door with a lock and there's a window in the kitchen that doesn't close, a wall above the main entrance and another in the patio had gaps where a person could easily fit and gain access to a poorly secured house. In terms of comfort, the mattresses were too old and uncomfortable, and the house was really hot and even though there are fans provided, they didn't help to cool down the place.

Estancia en barrio centrico

La ubicación es muy centrica y el barrio es agradable con muchos comercios, la existencia de cocina y utensilios de cocina.

El agua de la regadera, sale solo un chorrito y es agua fría tuvimos que calentar agua en la estufa para bañar un adulto mayor. Falta de limpieza en la cocina, baño y habitaciones.

Realmente buena, el casero muy atento fue algo increíble me encantó lo recomiendo

Estuvo muy bien lo que más me gustó fue la sala las recatas además de que contaba con lavadora.

Lo que no me gustó fue el baño pues la regadera echaba poca agua, difícil de utilizar y el baño olía a humedad y a caño.

La casa es grande con buenos espacios y muy céntrica.

Necesita un poco de mantenimiento, por ejemplo el baño ya es muy viejo y los utensilios de cocina también. Se q no es culpa de la casa pero el tren pasa justo atrás y pasa varias veces en la noche y la primera noche nos despertaba.

Mala atención desde la reservación

Primero te hacen muchas preguntas, al parecer uno ni puede tener INE de Querétaro y querer rentar en sus instalaciones, casi te piden fé de bautizo y al final, cuando se te hace incomodo y deseas cancelar, se hacen menos y no te devuelven ni el 50% que supuestamente te deben regresar...

Te tratan como si fueras delincuente...

Es urgente mejorar.

De entrada, que no es tan personalizada la atención, la casa está anunciada para 9 personas, hice la reserva para 5 y a final fuimos 8 y me cobraron adicional por los tres, hasta que pague el total me dieron las instrucciones de alojamiento, se encuentra en una zona muy popular y de acceso complicado ya que hay tianguis y mucho ambulantaje, la única seguridad que brinda es la de la chapa principal ya que del patio a la casa no tiene puertas y solo hay dos persianas corredizas, estaba sucia y con mucho deterioro en las habitaciones, revisando todo encontramos una cacerola con comida echada a perder en el horno de la estufa y los muebles sucios, al final después de ver la casa, solo nos retiramos dejando la llave en la cajita de seguridad y no hicimos uso de ella, e incluso no solicitamos ningún reembolso, en definitiva no me atrevería a recomendarla.
