An unsafe-feeling stay compounded by a persistent chemical odor that raised serious health concerns.

The location is very good, and the cleaning staff were professional and kind.

The lack of on-site staff and adequate safety measures made the stay feel unsafe. In addition, there was a strong, persistent chemical odor in the room that did not improve with ventilation and led to physical symptoms after my stay. I paid for two nights but was only able to stay one.

Buena habitación, pésima recepción de ingreso

La habitación tiene lo mínimo indispensable para una estancia corta ya que es pequeña, pero muy cómoda. Una cámada confortable, ventilador en techo (que se agradece porque Querétaro es algo caluroso en las tardes). Como no sabía que tenía ventilador en techo, antes de llegar solicité uno y me dejaron otro ventilador de pie igualmente, desafortunadamente lo que luego pasó, contradice esta amabilidad que tuvieron.

La parte negativa tiene que ver con el ingreso autónomo que para que funcione y sea una buena experiencia para el huesped, debe realizarse efecientemente ANTES que el huesped llegue al lugar porque al ser autónomo precisamente, no habrá nadie que lo atienda y eso fue precisamente lo que sucedió. Al punto que tuve que llamar hasta en tres ocasiones para que me pudieran enviar las claves de acceso. Llamada internacional, OJO, roaming, pagar minutos, que sea mucho o poco el valor, es la total incomodidad de estar parados en el sol, luego de un viaje de muchas horas por algo que se puede solucionar un día antes con un sencillo correo o mensaje por la aplicación. La parte más incómoda es que luego de esperar el contestador automático, logro comunicarme con una persona, le explico el problema, me entiende y dice que ya me va a enviar por WhatsApp las claves de acceso y NO LO HACE. Tuve que volver a llamarla para decirle "Hey, te acuerdas de mi? soy quien llamó hace 15 minutos y dijiste que me ibas a enviar las claves para entrar y hasta ahora no me llega el mensaje... pero tranquilo, que me encanta esperarte con las maletas en la calle y el sol a 30 grados eh"

No vale la pena por el precio

Me gustó que está en el mero centro de Querétaro, lo que lo hace una excelente opción si lo que quieres es visitar museos y tener opciones en cuanto a restaurantes.

Es demasiado chico para el costo, con trabajos y pude subir la maleta por las escaleras que son super angostas y la ventana del cuarto no servía, estaba rota la manija, entonces no se abría, ni cerraba.

Logement propre,fonctionnel et très bien placé. Coin cuisine petit avec le minimum. Arrivée autonome et très claire. Nous avions un logement avec porte fenêtre et petit balcon sur la rue. Super! Je recommande et je reviendrais volontiers. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

El lugar es pequeño pero funcional, ofrecen lo necesario para recuperarte de tu viaje y todo lo tienes a la mano. El personal siempre atento y dispuestos a ayudar. Súper recomendable

excelente ubicación y cómoda habitación. solo que la comunicación con el anfitrión es muy lenta.

Lo principal fue la ubicación, esta excelente, me agrado que el cuarto tiene su mini canica y la verdad un colchón cómodo.

la habitación no era como en la foto, me toco una habitación muy chiquita, pero al final comoda. La atención es por mensajes y no contestan rapido, algunas preguntas que hice nuca me las resolvieron y contestaron ya que habia salido de la habitación.
