Ease of everything, from check-in to check-out as well as beforehand and afterwards. Quick response to any and all questions. TRANQUILIDAD! Heating was excellent and well adjustable for the cold nights and days. So most probably the cooling is excellent for the hot days as well. Location, location, location (as long as you can handle a bit of uphill on the way back home)

The pillows could be softer.

La localización, muy cercana al centro histórico. El apartamento estaba limpio y en muy buenas condiciones. Tiene terraza y un pequeño jardín.

Para llegar a pie desde el centro hay una empinada cuesta de unos cien metros, que con el calor del verano nos hacía llegar sudando.

Great location and nice layout

Bathroom still needs work to stop the shower tray shedding water onto the floor.

Location was good. Easy to get to everywhere.

Didn’t like having to go find a small lock box in a new city far from our stay as we arrived late. Something we pay extra for. Also didn’t like that when informing of unstocked soap we were told we could go somewhere to pick them up rather than having someone do their job of filling it properly. Didn’t like that the shower water constantly leaked out of the shower, something they were aware of as they left a mop in the bathroom to clean it up with. The bedroom had a permanent chemical smell. The bedroom power outlet was coming off the wall. There were only two rolls of toilet paper. Only two sets of towels for a week. The WiFi kept cutting out. Could hear the neighbors talking. The aircon above the sofa constantly spat water out on us.
