Stay in this bright, beautifully renovated apartment located in the historic centre of Girona, next to the Church of Sant Martí Sacosta — one of the city’s most charming landmarks. From here, you can easily walk down to Carrer Ciutadans and the vibrant terraces and cafés of the Barri Vell. It’s the perfect spot for guests who want to explore Girona’s history and culture while enjoying its calm and local atmosphere. The apartment features a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed, two armchairs, a TV with cable channels and fast Wi-Fi. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and feel at home. Upstairs you’ll find a bright and warm bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. A unique feature of Bravissimo Portal Nou is its private garage, located in the same building — a real advantage in the Old Town, ideal for parking your car or storing bikes. Please note that the apartment is within Girona’s restricted traffic zone (vehicles may enter only three times per quarter). After booking, we’ll provide full instructions on how to access and park. If you plan to use your car more often, we can arrange authorization for unlimited access. This is a great property. The listing is 100% accurate. If taking a car the garage is awesome (we had a good sized suv, 2 bikes, and 2 bike bags we stored there). The location is amazing - centrally located, super quiet 24/7, and beautiful building inside and out. The kitchen is super basic, as the ad says, no cooking knives other than a bread knife, no extra trash liners, no dish clothes or sponges, no oil or salt and pepper, really basic utensils. If you want to cook anything you should literally bring everything with you to cook, including knives.
The management company was A++++. Their pre check in process was a little lengthy, however, if you do it all when you arrive they meet you and basically hand you the keys - no added paperwork. Best process I’ve ever seen. Also, SUPER responsive every time I had a question or needed anything, just fantastic service.
I would happily stay here again. I’ve been to Girona four times now and this is my favorite place.

The condo was just what we expected, excellent location, clean and fully equipped! Excellent getaway, just ensure you have a small car to get around the streets of Girona!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing!The staff were very helpful, courteous and were always available to address any questions. They resolved an issue with our AC immediately and made sure we were very comfortable. The apartment is full two level modern style located on a very quiet street in the old town of Girona. It included everything needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Fabulous proximity to old town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities were good. Nice to have secure car park in the garage.
