About this house rental
Charming 2-bedroom (T3) home, 41 m², with a terrace in a quiet, tree-lined vacation complex (Le Domaine du Phare) featuring a swimming pool and wading pool, a playground, and free, secure parking.
Fully equipped and decorated in a cozy style for a pleasant family vacation just a short distance from the beaches (2 km), bike paths, and all amenities (Leclerc, etc.)
Ideal for 4 people (5–6 people by request only)
On the first floor, a new, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, refrigerator, etc.)
Upstairs, one bedroom with a double bed (140), one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Outside, a furnished terrace: patio furniture, umbrella, Weber grill, lounge chairs, and a clothesline.
For your comfort, beds are made upon arrival, and towels and linens are included.
A travel crib is available upon request.
Right near the accommodation, many walks await you: the old port with its oysters and restaurants, the “Port Médoc” marina, downtown Verdon-sur-Mer, Soulac-sur-Mer (6 km), the Courdouan Lighthouse, the Grave Lighthouse and its museum, and kilometers of fine sandy beaches (Plage de la Chambrette, Plage des Piscines, etc.)...
Just 3.6 km away, the ferry takes you (on foot, by car, or by bike) across the estuary to Royan in 25 minutes.
The Verdon SNCF train station is 2 km away.
Nature lovers, the “Vélodyssée” (bike path from Pointe de Grave to Lacanau) and the Natura 2000 site (Pointe de Grave Forest) await you.
A wide range of water sports: surf lessons (Fish & Twins School), sailing, stand-up paddleboarding...

Great beaches (to reach in some minutes), difficult to find the holiday complex and the house, but quite, playing areas close to the house (also for beach volley ball and table tenis)
