Nice hotel

We enjoyed breakfast on the first day when a woman made it. She was very welcoming and kind to us. The second day, a man was less enthusiastic. All the coffee options were half as small as the first day. We didn't understand this. Comfortable bed

I didn't like the lack of sensibly placed towel hooks in the bathrooms. The shower was oddly designed. The bathrooms were uncomfortable. Since we were alone in the hotel, all the staff left at night and it felt a little uneasy.

Great relaxing stay among the vineyards

Haven of peace in the middle of Tuscany with a great breakfast offering. Outstanding pool. Very clean room. Staff was very helpful.

We would of liked the wine tasting to be included in the price, but not a huge deal. Also, the resort’s restaurant was opened only one night during our five-night stay, so you need to go out to eat.

Mooie kamers en locatie

Erg mooie kamers, fijn zwembad en heerlijk ontbijt. De omgeving is prachtig en goede uitvalbasis om verschillende steden te bezoeken. Het hotel ligt in/bij Vinci waar een paar leuke restaurantjes zitten!

Er was 's avonds en 's nachts niemand van het hotel op locatie aanwezig, waardoor het wel erg verlaten was wanneer er verder geen gasten aanwezig zijn.

Verwennerij!

Een toplocatie als je van Toscane, goed eten en wijn houdt maar ook van rust. Het ligt afgelegen maar je bent met een auto ook zo bij een supermarkt of ijswinkeltje. Wij hebben met ons gezin (kinderen zijn al volwassen) ontzettend genoten. Zeker van de avonden dat we meegegeten hebben bij de locatie maar evengoed van een dagje Florence (met de trein vanaf Empoli super makkelijk). Ook het ontbijt en de zeer gastvrije mensen waren op en top genieten.

De mogelijk voor nog een bak koffie, thee of wat frisdrank te halen is er overdag niet. Dat hadden we wel leuk gevonden op het terras.

Fantastische ervaring in de centraal gelegen stad Vinci.

Het eten van Alessio en het is een prachtige locatie met een lekker zwembad. Hier kun je echt tot rust komen.

Het personeel was top, het zwembad was top en de locatie was erg goed.

De bedden kunnen wat zachter, maar lagen prima. Misschien iets van een automaat voor koud drinken of een grote koelkast waar je je drinken in kan laten.

Fantastisch

Prachtige locatie Mooie luxe kamer, met heerlijke bedden en kussens. Met een mini bar met heerlijke en betaalbare wijnen van eigen oogst. Het diner savonds was heerlijk, mede door Lucca die echt een top gastheer is!

Er waren 2 evenementen, waarvan 1 zaterdagavond. Dit was niet gecommuniceerd met ons. Nu zijn wij wel gek op een feestje en hebben we genoten vanaf de zijlijn op iemands 18 jarige feestje!

A reggeli és a reggelit felszolgáló Hölgy csodálatos volt. A reggeli bőséges és finom volt.

Nem tetszett, hogy a szálló vendégek nyugalmát semmibe vették. Minden este és késő éjszaka, (sokszor éjfél után is) külső vendégek részére bor kostolók voltak. A vendégek mindig hangosak voltak és nem lehetett pihenni. A recepciós NEM volt kedves, semmiben nem segített.
