Property Il Sole Di Vino is a beautiful property that includes air conditioning, WiFi internet and pool. Il Sole Di Vino is a apartment with a total of five separate apartments. The property can sleep up to 25 people comfortably. Conveniently located 5 km (3 mi) from Vinci, Italy in the tourist area "Montecatini" and only 44 km (27 mi) from Florence.
This is a new complex of 4 Apartments for rent in Vinci, Tuscany.
The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.
Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.
