The villa was cleaned to a very high standard and all of the facilities were excellent. The pool was great and the seating areas outside were more than enough to enjoy relaxing in the sun.

Mark & Christine of Javea Villas were exceptionally hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt looked after during our stay. The villa was lovely and very private with all the amenities one could require, we would have no hesitation in selecting one of Javea Villa properties again.

Lovely to arrive to a package of essentials !
We are mobile people so it wasn’t an issue for us but there are steps to access the villa which are quite steep, also you had to go up steps to access the villa from the pool for the toilet which is a factor older people might want to consider ?.

Pool, space , gardens , location , peace and quiet
Need an oven glove and a sangria jug !
Shower pressure was a bit low but ok
Ice machine doesn't "keep up"
