We had a great stay at the villa in July 2025. The property is well located in a scenic part of Javea, just a short drive from supermarkets, the Arenal and lots of bars & restaurants. The villa is modern and has everything you could need, a comfortable lounge and lots of places to sit outside whether you prefer sun or shade. Fantastic pool, great size and got plenty of use! One small downside for us was that our son found the mattress in the smaller bedroom not very comfortable - but it would likely be okay for a younger child / toddler. Great communication from owner & check in / out was perfect. Would definitely recommend for a chilled out and very comfortable stay in the sun.

The villa was excellent had everything we needed ,very clean ,large pool & lovely sitting areas , Every television programme you could want even outside .Very good air conditioning ,comfortable bedrooms ,large kitchen. Nice place ,quiet & relaxing , 5 mins to beach ,bars & restaurants. choice of supermarket also not too far away.{by car }.would go back.

We had a very peaceful and relaxing holiday at this lovely villa.
It was well equipped with everything we needed and we really felt at home. My kids were well entertained with plenty of uK channels and an Xbox one for the times we made them get out of the pool and in from the midday sun and the air conditioning was a godsend.
The location of the Villa is perfect, close enough to several large supermarkets, the beach, the port, the old town and an abundance of restaurants, but at the same time the immediate area is quiet and tranquil with a beautiful view.
I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to get away and relax barbecuing at home and equally to those that want to experience some of the Spanish night life.
