About this apartment rental
This nicely-decorated, 5th floor, Gulf-front, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has beautiful views of the white sandy beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The master bedroom offers a king bed and balcony access. The private bathroom has a vanity area and large garden tub and stand-alone shower.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed and full over full bunk beds. The full guest bathroom is just outside the bedroom door and has a shower/tub combo.
Enjoy sweeping views of the gulf from the living room and master bedroom. Stretch out on the sectional sofa and watch a movie on the large screen TV or curl up with a good book and take in the views of the gulf. There are so many comfortable spaces in this unit!
At the end of a long, fun-filled day at the beach, grab your favorite cocktail from the bar area and head out to the balcony to watch the sun go down with drink in hand.
Across from the bar area is the dining room table that seats 6 and is perfect for breakfast in the morning with the kiddos or a full spread seafood dinner at night with the fam! The spacious kitchen will have everything you need for just about any kind of meal.
The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. Community gas grills too!

Condo great- location great- rental agency great. Had a great experience.Knocking on doors- going over an intercom for smoking on the balcony will deter my stay again.Smoking section by a huge propane tank and 2 chairs not to mention where the animals go to the restroom.

We love Navarre Beach and the Pearl. Great location to the beach, pool, and condo. The grounds crew works extremely hard each day to keep the place looking great. Our room was super clean and had everything we needed during our stay. If I had to make one suggestion for improvement it would be more space at the beach. The beach rentals take up a lot of room and it makes it hard to get a great spot.

Great view and location. Property is somewhat dated. Needs new ceiling fans as blades are drooping. Primary BR in good shape. Second bedroom bed could use new mattress. Unit appeared clean on entry, but walking without shoes on in the unit rendered black feet. Changing the ceiling fan speed in the living area caused the dining room light to flicker. All in all, the unit was adequate, but we will not stay here again unless it gets updated. That’s too bad as we really like The Pearl. I guess it could have been worse as we were told a unit two doors down was dealing with bed bugs.
