Beach Colony Resort East 12B is located on the 12th floor and boasts spectacular Gulf-front views from the spacious, private balcony. This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen with twin/twin bunk beds in the guest bedroom. This will be your new happy place, as it has been recently upgraded throughout, including amenities such as a Keurig coffee maker, fireplace and rocker recliner. Carpet all removed and replaced with LVP (new pics coming). There are also new UHD televisions and Blu-ray players throughout, along with DirecTV, an Xbox 360 and Netflix capabilities.) Video games and movies provided. Upon entering, you will find the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer combination on your right. The guest bedroom has its own private bath with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. The Gulf-front master bedroom leads into its own private bath with a walk-in shower, large Jacuzzi tub and a double vanity. The fully-equipped kitchen leads to the dining area and living room. Enjoy true paradise with a large balcony overlooking the Gulf, complete with a dining table, loungers and plenty of room to have your morning coffee, watch the dolphins or take in the stunning sunset views in the evening. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. Soak up the sun by taking advantage chairs and boogie boards along with beach toys, for your use throughout your stay.

Beach Colony Resort is located on the serene beaches of Navarre Beach, offering an array of amenities including fitness facilities, outdoor charcoal grills with a picnic area, a clay tennis court and a shuffleboard court. It boasts an Olympic size pool along with free private covered parking. There is a beach boardwalk with ramps on both ends, perfect for wagons and beach carts.
