House features split floor plan, comfortable furnishing, separate laundry room and 2 car garage. Master bdrm has one king size bed, 1. guest bdrm has 1 king size bed and 2. guest bdrm/den has 1 full size bed (futon bed).

Great location. Walk to Siesta Key and easy shopping. Loved the open floor plan and the large lenai and pool.
