Appartement très bien situé. Garage très appréciable, car c'est très compliqué de stationner dans le centre ville. Bonne literie.
Appartement très chaud car exposé au soleil tout l'après-midi (pas de ventilateur dans la chambre parents) le balcon est utilisable qu'une fois le soleil couché.

La ubicación
Al ser calefacción central y no estar dada para la comunidad el apartamento estaba frío (a 18-19 grados) y no tenían ningún radiador o calefactor. Es un aspecto a tener en cuenta. Sí tiene ventilador en el techo del salón y otro pequeño enchufable. Eso significa que es caluroso en verano y podrían pensar en poner un aire acondicionado con bomba de calor. Es un apartamento para alquilar y sacar un buen rendimiento y a cambio los inquilinos que vamos queremos la comodidad óptima
