the hotel has potential thanks to its location and staff, but it would benefit from some renovations and better soundpro

good location, with easy access to the main attractions. The staff were nice and welcoming, and the room had clean sheets and towels. I especially enjoyed the big terrace, which was a great place to relax

The room did not look like in the pictures. The bathroom was extremely small, the walls were dirty, and you could easily hear other guests through the thin walls. These things made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Great overnight stopover

We wanted a hotel for a stop over on our drive from Turkey to Bulgaria. The location was perfect, central but away from the noisiest area. The room was exactly as advertised, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The receptionist gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant and was friendly and helpful. Everything was straightforward and just what we needed. We would highly recommend it.

suitable for short stays. expensive for its possibilities

We stopped by on the way. We entered around 21:00 in the evening and left around 10 in the morning. We jumped out of bed with the church bell ringing at 7, 7:45 and 8:30 on Sunday morning. Rooms are clean.Beds are comfy.

You can hear the sounds in the next room very easily. Smallest bathroom I've ever seen in my life. We didn't order breakfast, it's okay, when I said I can pay, they said there is no one to serve breakfast.

The place is well renovated and the location is perfect.

The floor is very old and in really bad condition. The air condition is not working properly, we can’t sleep well because was too hot and not possible to open the windows, because there is no any net against mosquitoes!

The lady on the phone (manager of the hotel?) was friendly and seemed willing to help.

I made the reservation for my parents on my father’s name, so he would get the receipt on his name,too. The manager did not issue them a receipt which is illegal. There was no one at the reception in case they needed something. My parents said the beds were uncomfortable and consisted of 2-3 cheap foam mattresses stacked on top of each other. They have been in many hotels all over Greece and abroad, so it’s not that they are not used to hotel beds as the lady told them!!

The hotel is in a very good location close to the center and all necessary points. Clean, tidy, comfortable room with a balcony. The service staff is amazing. On the first day when I arrived at the hotel, the reception was closed. I arrived late and it was my fault :))) The hotel staff came very soon and upgraded my room.. I was staying for one day but I changed my plans and stayed for a few more days. In the following days, I was admitted to an improved room with a discount :))) Thank you very much for everything ❤️💜

Better looking in the pictures than what it really is. Quite expensive.

The room is quite close to the center.

Quite expensive for what it offers. At this price there are better options at a quality hotel. The renovation is quite low quality and this makes the stay uncomfortable. The soundproofing is terrible. You think that people are entering the room during your sleep. The breakfast is nothing special. Cleaning was decent, although the walls in the bathroom were not properly cleaned. Also while we were at breakfast, room service had entered the room for cleaning, which made us feel very uncomfortable when we went back and room service was still in the room.

1)The sound isolation from room's door to cooridor was terrible! Every time someone speaks or unlocking other room...sounds like someone entering in my room or he was speaking from inside ! 2)No milk for coffee!

Saint George Rooms is a very nice hotel. I can give it a very positive recommendation. Konstadina, the receptionist and manager, is very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and quiet. It is in a good location, about a five minute walk from the center of town. The breakfast offers a good variety of food. And the beds are quite comfortable.

Cosy boutique rooms in the center of Komotini

Location is excellent, just 100m from the city square and short walking distance from the main pedestrian road and shops. Still a quiet neighborhood. Staff is very helpful, kind and eager to assist you with a smile. Rooms have been renovated very recently.

Doors are not very sound-proofed. If you are a light sleeper you may be occasionally bothered by noisy guests returning late or cleaning staff in the morning if you wish to sleep in.
