There could be more cutlery like few more cups, plates etc.

Everything was very nice at the hotel, only the furniture in the room was a little old. In addition, the air conditioner was a little too dusty and I couldn't turn it on.
I was expecting a cleaner and well-furnished hotel room.

The overall look of the apartments was satisfactory to the extent that one expects from a 3-star room, it was clean almost on the sea front close to beach bars and cafes.
The room need a face lift for next season with fixtures needing maintenance.
We did not see anyone all was done on the phone and electronically. Nevertheless, the person we spoke to was very polite and helpful stressing that any time we needed something just call.
The hotel was a good 15 to 20 minute drive to city center which did not help much.
Being an apartment there is no one to ask immediate question, despite that across the street there is a coffee place and a kiosk and you get what you need from them.
Of course if you are on summer vacation it is good as it is a short walk to the beach for us it was a little far from the city.
