I love historic buildings, and this one was exactly that kind — high ceilings, beautiful large windows with wooden shutters, narrow staircases — the whole place was breathing the atmosphere of past times. It was a 15‑minute walk to the Duomo in the city center, and a public transport stop was just a 5‑minute walk away, which we really appreciated.
We used the access code at the entrance gate, which was supposed to be opened remotely, but the gate didn’t open despite several attempts. In the end, we were let in by local citizens, and the other entrances were already OK. The bathroom would need renovation, the shower repair, and the kitchen equipment could also be newer. The toaster and the small coffee maker didn’t work, the dishes were chipped, and there were only a few glasses.

Grosse Wohnung, angenehme Lage
Chaos bei der Ankunft, Daten gingen über die app nicht drüber, erst nach ein paar Telefonaten und einer halben Stunde im Regen war alles "gecheckt". Gefühltermassen habe ich 2x irgendeine Ortstaxe o.ä. gezahlt, jedenfalls fühlte sich das nicht gut an. Die involvierten Personen waren aber am Telefon bemüht. Weiters war die Ausstattung der Wohnung eher desolat. Rostiger Wasserkocher, kaputter Abfluss bei der Badewanne, alles vermutlich von alten Leuten übernommen und nicht angerührt.

Die Lage war super. Es war ruhig und zentral, eine tolle Kombination. Die Zimmer hatten genug Platz und es war sauber.
Die Dusche war undicht, nach dem Duschen war alles überflutet. Ganz schlimm fanden wir, dass die Schränke im Schlafzimmer und in der Küche mit Kram ausgefüllt waren. Alte Decken, völlig überflüssige Küchengeräte, zum Teil unvollständig oder kaputt. Es gab nur ein Müsli-Schälchen, dafür Unmengen an Tellerstapeln, die den Schrank verstopften. Schlimm war auch die Gardine in der Küche, die sich nicht bewegen ließ und die auf der linken Seite heruntergerissen war.
