Die Lage ist sehr gut. Viel Aktivitäten sind möglich (Wandern, Biken) Vollständigkeit der Küche, genügend Tücher in der Küche und im Bad.
Sagen wir mal so wo hat es noch potential: - Beim Hausbuch (englisch und komisches deutsch) - Bei der Sauberkeit (einige Lüftungsdüsen sind arg schmutzig) - Einige Möbel benötigen Unterhalt - Internet geht gerade so zum Surfen ober zum Remotearbeiten ... mässig gut. - Zugangsweg etwas holprig und überwachsen --> Unterhalt

lage und grösse des apartments, modern die vermieterin hat jederzeit auf anfragen innert kürzester zeit reagiert
wohnung war nicht überall sauber gereinigt (böden und sofa mit haaren, teilweise esskrümel) pellet ofen funktioniert nicht problemlos, muss häufig gereinigt werden. anleitung zu betrieb und wartung dazu fehlt. wird nur bei ausfall der zentralen heizung/warmwasser im gebäude benötigt nachts waren im badzimmer viele silberfische aktiv
