Spr Playa San Juan

A klíma hiánya. Az ablakokat ezért éjszakára nyitva kellett hagyni, ami szombat este/éjszaka a terasz alatti étterem és a frekventált elhelyezkedés miatt rettentő zajos volt.

fab location very clean bright and attractive provided a kettle when asked excellent WiFi modern. Lots of storage for clothes.

not very comfortable seating no blind on window meant glaring sun Too many ornaments and clutter.

Excellent location for the beach and restaurants. Sound of the waves in the night. The balcony is a nice place to sit once with the view of the beach on one side. Bed was comfy and shower was good. Once you are on the beach the noise of the building works isnt a problem. The Beach bar is a lovely place to sit, staff and food are excellent. The photo I have uploaded is the two views one of the beach from the balcony

In my opinion the 2nd bedroom is small and double bed is against the wall and does not have wardrobes, the door to the "Jacuzzie" comes off of the 2nd bedroom but no sink or toilet so really only one bathroom usable, as it was just the two of us in the main bedroom we didint have to use the 2nd bedroom anyway. The apartment was clean and tidy but a bit tired especially the linen and towels. Building works opposite which is probably 3-4 years of work as they are building a huge hotel complex - see photo. Noise from mainly the restaurant staff below. The beach is not particularly clean as there are cigarette ends everywhere
