Es war sehr sauber und hell, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war gut, nah am Strand, nah einem Platz mit Restaurants, ein Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe, die Straße war belebt, nachts war es ruhig, ein kleiner Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer, für uns genau richtig, da man sich nicht mitten im rein touristischen Trubel gefühlt hat. Wir konnten jeden Morgen schwimmen gehen und danach für das Frühstücken einkaufen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert.

Für 70jährige ist das Kofferschleppen in den 3. Stock eine Tortur. 10m gegenüber ist eine Garagenkneipe, wo sich bis 24 Uhr die Alkoholiker von San Juan treffen und lautstark feiern.

The décor and furniture was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was quite well equipped. It was a reasonable size space.

The hot water stopped working and this was very inconvenient with 4 adults all wanting showers! It was off from Saturday night until Monday afternoon. While the owner did get it repaired and we accept that things happen unexpectedly. But we have been refused any refund for that time, which we think is unfair, as we were unable to access the services that we had paid for and it spoilt our stay there. A refund of good will would have helped make up for the inconvenience that was not of our fault. But owner seems to think that their obligation was met by making the repair!
