The town of Boone is 20 minutes away, with local attractions such as Rocky Knob Mountain Bike Park (20-minute drive), Tweetsie Railroad Amusement Park (30-minute drive), High Gravity Adventures Zip Line and Aerial Park (30-minute drive), and Appalachian Ski Mountain (35-minute drive) to name a few.

Communication with the host was great, the cabin was extremely clean, the king bed was comfortable, and the hot tub was enjoyable. We found everything to be completely as advertised online. The cabin is in a very quiet area & the front porch is lovely to rock on a while. We saw deer a few times on the Christmas tree farm adjacent to the property.

Enjoyed this nature retreat with access to places that let kids explore and then let all family members return home to relaxing hot tub and campfire snacks under the stars.
