About this house rental
Welcome home to your peaceful beach escape! Soft breezes, warm sunshine and nature abound at "30A Oasis" (formerly Summer Breeze), in the Cypress Breeze neighborhood, located on the pool, and just a 1/2 mile away from the beautiful beaches of 30A!

Four stories of pool-side beach-house are all yours, and with multiple indoor-outdoor living areas, patios, balconies and grilling area (grill included). You'll find great spaces for the entire family to relax!
Arriving at "30A Oasis," you'll find parking for 3 cars (4 if parked tightly. The home is situated right on the edge of the massive Cypress Breeze pool. The exterior of the home is tastefully landscaped, with a new paver patio recently installed!
The main entrance is on the 2nd level, but guests can also utilize the ground floor garage entrance to access ground floor suites and the elevator.
On the ground floor, you'll find a garage converted to game room with ping pong table, pop-a-shot basketball game and table for board games and hanging out. You will also find a 6-person golf cart, a junior master suite with a king bed, as well as a bunk room with twin bunk bed - both bedrooms have access to a full-size bathroom with walk-in shower and dual vanities!
The private elevator provides access to all 4 stories of the home, in addition to stairwell access.
On the 2nd floor, you'll find the main kitchen-living-dining area, including a breakfast nook, dining area, open space living room with 3 stool bar top, and a massive balcony overlooking the largest pool in the region! On the living room balcony, you'll find plush outdoor seating, as well as a full-size pool table!
The 2nd floor also features a queen bedroom with full-size bathroom, and private balcony.
The master suite is located on the 3rd floor, and features a king size bed, twin bed with trundle, tons of closet space, and another huge balcony overlooking the pool! The master suite private bathroom is spacious and includes dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub!
At the south end of the 3rd floor, the home offers guest suite with two queen beds and a full-size private bathroom!
On the 4th floor, you'll find the tower room. This cool little room provides a set of twin bunk beds, as well as a twin bed with trundle. The tower room also features a half-bath and a private balcony with amazing views of the pool and neighborhood!
The beach is just a short golf cart ride, or moderate walk from your front steps. A convenient and safe walking path runs alongside the roadway all the way to the beach. Hop in the street-legal Golf Cart and you'll be lounging on the beach in minutes! About a 1/2-mile door-to-door, you'll find the Gulf Place Beach access with plentiful parking, rest rooms and lifeguards on duty in peak season.
If you're looking for a place with an outstanding pool, you cannot beat Cypress Breeze! The home is located on the amazing neighborhood pool. At about 13,000 square feet, with multiple waterfalls and grottos, it's one of the largest community pools in all of Northwest Florida!

Everything was as advertised. The golf cart was a great convenience. We never walked to the beach which is almost a mile away from the house (the neighborhood entrance is only a half mile from the beach, but the house is another half mile from the entrance). We found the beach access off Spooky Lane a couple blocks east on 30A provided a larger beach area that was less crowded than the beach at the end of the road. The pool is spectacular. The property managers were very responsive.

This house is in a great location, access to a really large pool and a short golf cart ride to the beach. The beach is beautiful! The house has some beach chairs and a few umbrellas but we decided to rent them on the beach for convenience. They set them up each day and it’s not as crowded in that area. The house was clean, great communication, and location. We’d definitely stay here again. We had 11 but it can definitely sleep way more. There is an elevator which helped my 78 year old mom greatly. The room that has two double beds on the 3rd does not have a door that separates it from the bedroom. It wasn’t a problem for us but something to consider when doing room assignments. I would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous home with plenty of room for our whole family aged 70-2! Golf cart was a life saver for the beach. Had some of the best seafood meals at some fantastic restaurants. Also grilled and had a fun relaxing time!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The pool was awesome and it was a huge benefit to be right on the pool. The house and rooms were very clean and the perfect set up for our group. The elevator was awesome for the adults who couldn't climb all of the stairs. Our kids loved the pool table and games in the garage. Our only complaint is that the golf cart made weird noises and did not hold a charge. The beach access is nice and close, however the public beach is way too small for the busy area. We had to drive a bit to find a beach with enough room to enjoy ourselves. Overall, we had so much fun and would definitely stay here again!
