The house was spotless! Everything was as good as if not better than the information. I would 100% recommend this property!!! The pool was great. Very clean also. The two golf carts were beyond nice. They were new with no tears in the seats. Access to the beach was great. Easy to walk to if you choose. If not drive the carts down and unload drive back to the house. There is no parking at beach access. Ali was amazing to work with from the beginning to the last day. She was always answering any question and usually within a few minutes after the question was asked. I have rented for several years on 30a. This by far exceeds any past experiences. I can’t thank Ali enough! I will be back!!! Rent the property if you are looking at it. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent home, value, location, and host! I highly recommend this beautiful property. It was perfectly located near the beach and all the conveniences of Santa Rosa Beach. The house was impeccably clean, perfectly furnished, and it was very private at the end of a quiet road. Our host responded very quickly to two messages I sent. Overall, excellent vacation! I would highly recommend considering staying here!
