Quick, easy communication with the owner. A highchair and cot were provided for our little one. Fans were in the house to help cool it down. Lovely shower and comfortable beds!

Spacious accommodation in lovely & convenient location. Good bus service into town. Beautiful park & rockery nearby.

I had a lot of trouble turning the key in the front door. I thought I was locked in & the host had to come out the first morning. The lock was temperamental. Sometimes it worked but at others it needed many turns to open the door.
One ring on the hob did not work.
Tap in sink was loose.
Trains kept me awake the first night but I got used to them.
No cheese grater or oven gloves.

It’s a lovely house in a lovely location just across from Preston Park. You can walk into Brighton centre or get a bus. Preston Park train station is very nearby. The house was very clean and vey tastefully decorated.
The lock on the front door was a bit sticky and we were worried we might damage it but it was ok.

Property was good apart from a few issues but we managed and tried not to let them bother us. Good location with good bus service to centre of Brighton
Had a few issues 1) water leaking from bottom of toilet. Had to use towels etc to mop up. 2) not enough cutlery 3) kitchen sink tap very wobbly and we were scared it would break completely. 4) window wouldn’t open in 2nd bedroom and it got a bit stuffy during night.
