The apartment was very clean, with new condition and cozy furnished. The location is nice and peaceful, with a pretty view over olive trees to the mountains. It is very private as nobody can watch the terrace. The host is awesome, welcoming, friendly, and responds immediately to any questions. 100% recommended...Airport, Citycenter, Shopping mall, beaches, etc. Is all in a 15-minute reach by car. Small supermarket around the corner. Outside space for kids to run and play. We had a great time.

Very comfortable and clean apartment!

Very clean apartment and with all the features you need. Plus, the manager is very polite and helpful.

The location is not bad. If you want a peaceful location, that’s the place. But if you need easy access to city center, then this location may bother you a little. Nothing to concern. Only for you to plan your trip with a couple of minutes until downtown. For us it was exactly what we needed.

Super tidy and clean, super quiet and relaxing

Believe this Superb ! We've been traveling one month this time that had more than 20 accomodations overall , this house itself and the host himself are 100% satisfaction of all. Super clean and tidy even better than some of those 5-star hotels in big city. Nice view to natures of olive trees, flowers and sunset skyline. Nothing to compain, very nice and enjoyable stay that made us a remarkable stopover. Thank you !

Great place to stay in Zadar

Marko is really friendly and welcoming. The apartment is surrounded by nature, mountain, olive trees. The view is therefor GORGEOUS. You can feel that the place is new and it is really clean. It is 15min away from Zadar Old town by car and 10min away from the airport. I recommend that you stay there for your stay and i would definitely go back there for my future trips to Zadar.

The place is a little bit difficult to find. it doesn't appear on google map. But with Marko's help we found it. But we could have looked for a while if it wasn't for his help.

Apartment Sanja is located at a quiet neighborhood of Zadar with a great view on a garden with olive trees. We picked it because we didn't want to stay in the busy center of Zadar and with the car you are there in 10 minutes, so it's still close to the center. The apartment was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed the terrace, the relaxing chairs and ofcourse the beautiful garden. The communication with the owner went very smoothly and he is there for you whenever you need someting. We had a great stay!

We loved everything and was a perfect place to start our adventures in Croatia. It was great value for money and very close to the airport. The host was really kind and offered to pick us up from the airport when our flight was delayed. The apartment was beautiful, clean, quiet, restful and had all that you required.. It had a lovely terrace and an area to sit on loungers. The views were amazing with an olive grove garden and the Paklenica mountains in the distance. It had two mini supermarkets within walking distance. Would definitely return.

Everything was new and very clean! The outdoor area is very nice. Lots of furniture and outdoor chairs. Very good value. Great for two bedrooms. Very close to town. Candy and water and dry coffee.

Poor WiFi uses a WiFi extender from landlord. Mosquitos were in the rooms waiting for us.

The apartment was very clean and was equipped with all the amenities needed. The host did not speak very well English but was helpful on all the checkin process. If you want to relax on your journey, this place is ideal! The apartment has also a lovely private terrace for your breakfast or meal.

The apartment is even more beautiful than in the pictures, really best value for your money. The surrounding is calm, beautiful, relaxing. The apartment is well equipped, Marko - the host, he is nice and available. I would recommend this stay to everyone.

I would give 1000 Points Out of 10 If i could! The Apartment was simply perfect, 2 sleeping rooms with both comfortable Double beds, Well equipped kitchen, Air condition, nice bathroom, Everything very Clean. The best Thing was the terrace with a splendid View towards a Olive tree Garden. Marco was also a very good and friendly Host! We booked very spontaneously and He Managed to prepare the Apartment in 20 Minutes! Thanks again for that! If you Like a Bit of a countryside Feeling, this is the place to Go. Zadar Old town is only ~10 Minutes by Car (we recommend "Zadar Gratis Parking" on Google Maps, there are Always plenty parking spots available for free and it's Just a short Walk into the old town. Thank you again :-)

Die Unterkunft ist schön und sehr sauber in allen Bereichen. Gute Ausstattung, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Ruhige Wohnlage, perfekt zum entspannen. Veranda mit Blick in die schöne Gartenanlage. Sehr netter Host! Leider hatten wir die Unterkunft nur für 1 Nacht vor unserem Rückflug gemietet wegen der Flughafennähe. Auch Zadar-City u. Altstadt sind nah erreichbar. Sollten wir nochmal eine Reise nach Zadar unternehmen, werden wir uns gern für mehrere Tage beim Apartment Sanja einmieten. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter!

Wysoki poziom, bardzo czysto i schludnie

Przemiły właściciel, bardzo czysty apartament na wysokim poziomie, że wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Ładny widok na gaj oliwny, apartament swierzo po remoncie, na tel innych apartamentow w których byłem w Chorwacji wypada na prawdę bardzo dobrze.

Wszystko było super, nie mam się do czego przyczepić. Mega miły i pomocny właściciel.

Un Havre de paix et de très belles prestations

Environnement bucolique, au calme. Cadre enchanteur. Reveil au chant du coq et des oiseaux. Marco est très réactif et sympathique. L'appartement est conforme à la description et très bien équipé. La terrasse couverte donnant sur un champ d'oliviers est très agréable, ainsi que la balancelle. Très belles prestations. Très pratique car proche de l'aéroport de Zadar (sans aucun bruit d'avions). Place de parking privative.

Tout était très bien au niveau de l'appartement et de l'accueil de Marco, ainsi que sa situation. Seul bémol, un des voisins de Marco doit posséder une meute de chiens et ceux-ci aboient de façon intempestive à tout heure du jour et de la nuit.
