Excellent accueil par l'hôte qui est très attentif. Villa en montagne sans vis à vis. Terrasse avec piscine et barbecue, cuisine bien équipée

Il serait nécessaire de changer les huisseries très fatiguées porte ne fermant pas ou mal comme une fenêtre et les portes grincent ce qui est désagréable la nuit. Matelas mous. Les serviettes de bains ont déjà bien servi et sont dépareillées, une uniformité donnerait une impression plus pro.

The swimming pool overlooking The Valley. Superb views and sunsets. House comfortable for a weeks holiday. Well equipped kitchen. Hostess very nice and accommodating.

Needs proper mosquito blinds on the windows. We were bitten to buggery.

The location is very good. The house has a nice feel to it, with a pine interior. The kitchen is well equipped and the wifi is very good. There are lovely views over the valley.

This property could easily be a 5 star property but there are a number of things that need to be improved for it to be rated as such. In general I feel that guest satisfaction has not really been considered and I would give the following advice to the owners to improve the experience of the guests. 1. Before the guests arrive make sure the house has been opened up: Shutters opened to allow some light and air into the place. First impressions count for a lot. 2. I understand that it is expensive to maintain a swimming pool in winter but when the pool is a key feature of the property to leave it empty gives the whole place a bit of a derelict feel to it. 3. We had to make our own beds! The sheets were left on each bed and we had to make them up. I have never had to do this before in a rental property. It didn't give a very good impression. 4. Fix the showers. There were showers in three bathrooms but in two of these there was no way of hanging the shower against the wall, so you had to stand in the bath, holding the shower above your head. Again, not good enough. This should be fixed. 5. Check that the batteries in all appliances work and instructions are left as to their use. We could not get the heating or the television to work, probably because the batteries had run out. 6. We stayed in winter. There was a fire but we had to pay extra for the wood. When we have stayed in similar properties in winter wood has always been provided as it is the primary means of heating the house. Please, provide wood for your guests.
