A wonderful 7-bedroom country villa, each with its own bathroom.
It features a pool with a built-in hot tub, an outdoor hot tub, a covered porch with a gazebo, and an open-air porch.
It is strategically located halfway between the villages of Cómpeta and Sayalonga.
Come enjoy our charming, spacious, and beautifully situated estate in the hills just above the picturesque village of Sayalonga. Known for its famous loquat fruit. And just a 10-minute drive from the town of Cómpeta.
If you’d rather go to the beach, the charming town of Nerja is just a 30-minute drive away, but you can also reach the picturesque village of Frigiliana in 30 minutes.
Our estate was entirely designed by us and built in-house with a great deal of love and passion in a bohemian style.
There are several cozy areas to sit and relax, so that even large groups can enjoy peace and quiet.
The house has 7 bedrooms, 2 of which are located in a separate apartment on the first floor. Therefore, it is also suitable for guests with limited mobility.
The main house has 5 bedrooms on the first floor. Each room has its own theme, and the great advantage is the private bathroom in every room.
There is a spacious kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, several refrigerators, an oven, and multiple gas burners. Outside, you’ll find a cozy canopy, a covered porch, and a large terrace with outdoor lounge chairs where you can relax, and the outdoor bar with a barbecue guarantees wonderful evenings.
Here you can enjoy the spectacular sunset while soaking in our wonderful hot tub or cooling off in our pool. You’ll completely unwind here.
