Apartment near beach with sea view - FREE PARKING

Our experience at this apartment was simply outstanding, with a breathtaking view on the Adriatic See! The place is exceptionally well-equipped — everything you might need for day-to-day living during your holiday is thoughtfully provided. The place was pristine clean, and the bed felt otherworldly level of comfortable, especially after long hours of walk and swimming! The location is just perfect: situated right at the heart of Lungomare promenade, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. In terms for convenience, a shopping centre is located just a block away, and Ružmarin Restaurant — the best dining spot in the area — was literally a 2-minute walk. Aside from the wonderful features of the apartment, I would also like to highlight the host’s approach. She was hospitable and incredibly responsive. Even if our request was small or silly, she made sure we felt taken care of. I honestly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Opatija, staying at such a lovely place made our stay even more perfect!

The apartment exceeded all our expectations. It perfectly matches the photos. It is very comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, clean, and has everything you need. There was even a special welcome prepared for us in the fridge. The location is great: close to the beach, with a sea view, and fully air-conditioned. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the beach. In the immediate vicinity, there is a large supermarket, as well as smaller shop and several restaurants. The host was always quick to respond, extremely kind and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone, and we will definitely come back. A perfect 10/10

The property is in a great location, very close to the center and beach. The apartment was very clean and modern, with many towels provided, parking space, a comfy bed, kitchen fully equipped for preparing meals, the whole property was very clean. Everything is like displayed in the pictures. We even got a little something in the fridge waiting for us. The host was quick to respond to any questions and very kind.
