Thank you for a lovely stay!

The property was beautiful! Everything seemed new, and was clean and well maintained. The location wasn’t central but we knew that going in, and with a car it’s perfect - it doesn’t take long to drive to the places we wanted to visit. There were plenty of supermarkets nearby and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I’ve stayed at a lot of different properties during my travels but I will most definitely remember this one, and that’s because of Luca. I’ve never met a host so kind and wanting to ensure we enjoyed the region to its fullest. He added so many thoughtful things and personal touches throughout the flat. He spoke and listened to us, made sure we felt comfortable contacting him if we had any issues. He even messaged to check up on us day 2. He was always quick to help and reply. The checkin process was smooth, Luca contacted me ahead of time to ensure everything was clear and met us at the property punctually. The parking spot provided was next to the entry door and safe and secure. The pool was clean, and was cleaned regularly - it was shared but we rarely had to share it. We were given two sets of keys for the flat. Upon our arrival, Luca showed us around and gave us recommendations. He gave us a boat rental recommendation which panned out wonderfully! The kitchen was incredibly well equipped- everything you could’ve hoped for. It was modern and clean. The dishwasher was extremely helpful. We even had a coffee machine! We had all the necessary cutlery, beautiful plates and bowls, enough pots and pans, a fridge, freezer and microwave. Luca had left us a bowl of fruit and lemons, showed us the coffee machine and provided us with capsules pre-arrival. He’d thought of candles, which we used nightly, fly and mosquito repellents for sitting outside (lovely outside area). Each room had enough towels, comfortable bedding, and we were even provided with bathrobes and a beautiful beach bag.

Everything was wonderful!! Two very, incredibly things, we noticed were that it may perhaps be useful to provide a potato/carrot peeler (absolutely not an essential), and a hand soap for in the bathroom (we just used one of the shower soaps which worked perfectly).

Very good

The location, house, pool, furniture, host, everything is great. And the price is very reasonable. Close to Gardaland, Verona, Sirmione, the whole region has a lot of things to see and enjoy.

The host was great and very helpful, and did everything he could, there are nets on all windows and doors, an electric lamp, but there are just so many flies that we couldn't really enjoy spending time outside, or keeping the flies outside to relax inside, get enough sleep in the morning due to the flies harassing us, landing on our faces etc. The accommodation is overall excellent, as well as the host, but keep in mind that the specific part of the countryside is ridden with flies in the summer.
