Nice stay, and definitely worth repeating

Nice and quiet location, just outside Desenzano. Nice and clean appartment, everything you need for a holiday is present. Nice pool, tennis court. Allthough the host is not present he is quickly responding to questions through WhatsApp.

WiFi and internet could be better, WiFi is shared with the neighbours of 100% DESIGN, and if there are to many connected devices, WiFi becomes very unstable and slow. Beds where a bit to hard, but that is my personal opinion.

Bellissimo appartamento in una splendida corte baronale, dotato di tanti comfort e pet friendly, proprio come serviva a me e alla mia famiglia. Proprietario premuroso e attento alle nostre esigenze. È stato un piacere soggiornare lì!

Relax i tranquilitat

En general m'ha agradat tot. Lapartament net i ben equipat, bona ubicacio, lloc molt bonic i tranquil.

Per dir alguna cosa la tv nomes te canals italians i no es pot conectar al movil, el bany de la planta baixa no te pica i no et pots dutxar i el nostre llit de matrimoni feia soroll.

Het was leuk , maar kan veel beter.

De ligging.

-Te weinig keukengerief , er is 1 grote kom (om bv pasta te koken) maar geen 2de (voor de saus bv). Koken op 2 elektrische camping kookplaten is ook niet ideaal. -De grote slaapkamer is aan de straatkant , waar al eens auto's passeren , maar vooral waar de overbuur 2 hanen heeft.Die beginnen rond 5u30 hun zangwedstrijd. De kamers zijn ook net onder de houten dakstructuur , en als je een beetje tegenslag hebt zoals wij , met een winderige nacht , kan je amper slapen door het kraken en lawaai maken van de hele houten constructie. De douche op het gelijkvloers is ook niet praktisch , aangezien er geen scherm is.Als je een douche neemt , is alles kletsnat , ook het toilet.Er is bovendien geen lavabo in deze doucheplaats.

Casa molto accogliente e spaziosa, molto gradita la bottiglia in omaggio. Host gentilissimo e super disponibile! Adatta per chi non vuole trovarsi nel mezzo del caos della città. Letti molto comodi, ambienti puliti e adeguatamente attrezzati. Decisamente consigliata!

- keine Heizung trotz Kälte im UG (Wohn/Esszimmer und Küche und Bad)!!! Gesundheitsgefahr für unsere kleinen Kinder, da es kalt wurde im Oktober. - nicht genügend Decken und diese 3 absolut gekbfleckig - igitt! (es wurde kalt im Oktober), Ausstattung eher für 3 statt 6 Personen (auch Geschirr u Besteck) - dreckiges und fleckiges Schlafsofa (ecklig) - das einzige Sofa!!! - Küche ecklig staubig/dreckig/fettig. Kein Herd/Backofen, rudimentäre 2 Camping-Kochplatten. Hier ist alles provisorisch. Wasser chlorhaltig! Kein Wasserkocher, Toaster oder sonstetwas um Essen herzurichten. Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine trauten wir uns bei dem ganzen Ekel gar nicht bei, sorry. - unheimliche Lautstärke, nachts und auch ab morgens um 5 Uhr heizen die Autos, LKWs und Trecker 2m nebenan um die Wette -wirklich, als ob man auf der Autobahn schläft! - Ärger durch fest vermietete Nachbarn. Immer wieder gab es Klingelstreiche (abends um 11, morgens um 10), die haben wohl keine Lust auf Feriengäste. - Badarmaturen offenbar nicht von Handwerkern installiert sondern schlecht im DIY: Toilettendrücker hakten und wenn sie spülten, kam soviel raus, dass alles überspritzte (Ekel!) Waschbecken für hohen Wasserhahn viel zu winzig, das meiste Wasser läuft beim Händewaschen dadurch auf den Fußboden. Dieser ist also immer nass und dreckig. - Laut bellende Hunde als direkte Nachbarn. - Weit im ländlichen Bereich. Gleich nebenan wurde Mist ausgebracht. So roch es auch überall. - überall Haare, alle Türdrücker mit abgerubbeltem sparkigem Tape umwickelt, tote Fliegen - hier wird nur oberflächlich gesäubert. - Farbflecken neben dem Bett. Renovierungsarbeiten recht unsauber - Der Pool war nicht zugänglich (alles zu und abgedeckt), keine Gäste die hier etwas nutzen, alles abgesperrt, Fußballplatz und Tennisplatz ungepflegt und sparkig. 20 min ausprobiert, macht keinen Spaß. Kinder bekamen Angst in der Umgebung auch wegen Hunden und einiger nicht sprechender Männer auf dem Areal.
