Our host was very welcoming and answered the few questions we had about the suite. The view was spectacular from the beautiful property, we had a hawk visit us in a nearby tree for over an hour one afternoon. The suite was just wonderful, clean, bright and comfortable, the perfect place to wait out a two day atmospheric river! We enjoyed the great variety of TV options while we kept warm and dry. And the best thing was that fabulous shower, it is straight out of a magazine! The property is exactly as promised, we felt like movie stars on a secret and private hiatus between projects. I think I may need an annual retreat to this beautiful place!

We had a great time at this beautiful property. Overlooking the Juan de Fuca strait we got to witness a lot of wildlife including whales, helped by the fancy binoculars provided by the hosts. Cooking our meals on the bbq and enjoying them with the view over the water we will always remember. The one drawbacks is the suite is not as private as we would like since it is a shared property. Overall a great experience

Our stay here was part of a 3 week roadtrip all across Vancouver Island. It feels odd to write "everything was exactly as desribed in the lisutng" but it is true. The appartment has great oceanview windows in all rooms, is equipped with everything you could ask for. Robs email intro describes everything in detail, so you know exactly what to bring (or not to bring) and how to operate hottub, fire pit etc.. The personal welcome incl recommendations for activitied was the cherry on top. Thanks a lot for having us, we really had a great time!

Robert’s property is a hidden gem. Spectacular views from each room and very private. It’s the perfect little get away destination to recharge. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again in the future.
