About this house rental
Gay couple offers a single person (family and children not accepted) a short or long term room in our new and modern house very quiet and pleasant to live in with a large room of 80m2 and 2 large bay windows facing south with terrace and garden furniture.
The price of the night indicated in our ad is the price per person, so for a gay or straight couple, an extra 50 euros will be requested for the second person.
The house has 2 bedrooms: a single room and a shared room with 2 large beds + sink and toilet in this second room.
Please let us know from your first message on the site if you wish to occupy the single room and to find out if it is available because we are registered on several tourist flatshare sites so it is possible that at busy times or in the summer season other people are present in the house with us, Our clientele consists of people tolerant of LGBTQ culture, women and/or gay or bi men since our house is located 5 minutes walk from the naturist beach of Granville (beach of Bréville sur mer)

No smoking inside the room and house for safety reasons.
On the first floor of the house is the toilet and the shared bathroom (with Italian shower), a very large TV home cinema living room with a TV screen with films of all kinds, a fitted kitchen: we do not offer meals but we leave the household appliances available: coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, fridge... are available to roommates to heat up their prepared meals bought in the store.
The house is located 5 km from the town centre of Granville and 8 minutes walk from the wild naturist beach of Bréville sur mer near Granville in the Mont Saint Michel region.
If you wish, you can keep your swimsuit on the beach because it is a tolerated naturist beach and naturism is therefore not mandatory! This simplifies the discovery of this way of approaching which is more and more fashionable nowadays... It is an ideal beach to discover naturism little by little and at your own pace.
Granville is direct by train from Paris-Montparnasse. Interesting train ticket price: 22 euros one way in prem's fare!
We can pick you up and take you back to Granville train station with our car if you wish and take you to the supermarket to do some food shopping at the same time since we do not offer meals or breakfasts. A free bus line (line 6) between Granville and Bréville sur mer is in operation every day in July and August.
The house is in a very quiet location at the end of a driveway close to the Granville golf course, the wild naturist beach. Also worth visiting is the Christian Dior museum from Granville, the historic district of the upper town, the lighthouse, the marinas and fishing ports and the dunes "les salines" with the submersible road a very wild and beautiful place on kilometers of dunes which is a few kilometers from the house.
An equestrian center, an aerodrome (for parachute jumps), the golf club of Bréville, hiking trails are also only a few minutes walk from our house.
Possibility to go for walks or sea trips in the bay of Mont Saint Michel or discover the Chausey Islands opposite Granville 16km out to sea.

Grande maison calme et chaleureuse.
Propriétaire calme et sympathique.
Chambre à l'étage spacieuse et fonctionnelle.
Petit bout de jardin avec arbres fruitiers et petite promenade à pied dans la forêt juste en sortant de la maison.
La plage est à moins de 10mn en voiture.

Avant tout, j'ai aimé la convivialité de mes hôtes, merci Olivier pour ton accueil, ta gentillesse, tes attentions, ta zénitude (comme Oscar le chat :), qui ont fait que le séjour fut des plus agréables et qui m'a laissé un joli souvenir:). L’emplacement de la maison est idéal, proche de la mer, des balades...un tas de choses à faire. Chambre spacieuse, au calme, propre, agréable, comme le reste de la maison. Les échanges avec les autres "vacanciers" pendant mon séjour très sympathiques aussi et du respect les uns envers les autres. Bref pour résumer une semaine de vacances comme on aime en avoir ! Merci à vous Olivier et Pascal et au plaisir...

Un super séjour, malheureusement bien trop court, très bien situé, tout proche de la mer, au calme, idéal pour décompresser, très bon accueil d'Olivier et Pascal, on se sent très à l'aise, très bonne entente aussi avec les autres locataires, comme en famille, vraiment hâte de pouvoir y retourner pour un plus long séjour 👍👍👍

Un moment de pure détente dans un coin de nature calme avec de grandes étendues. Propriétaire attentif, discret et bienveillant. Séjour très agréable malgré une météo capricieuse.
