Class 1 Premium Water Filter on the kitchen faucet, certification to NSF/ANSI Standard 42, and WQA Gold Certified which eliminates lead (99.9%), heavy metals, chlorine (99.9%), chromium 6, mercury, VOCs and other contaminants, as well as turbidity, odors and bad tastes. So you can enjoy pure, healthy, spring-fresh water from the tap. The Woder filters have a unique technology that removes over 99.99% of contaminants while leaving in all essential minerals, which are vital to your health, including calcium, postassium, and magnesium.
Sanitation process - We now use an Industrial Ozone Generator (O3) & Air Purifier along with UV lights and a HEPA filter in the condo between guest, it reach every corner of the condo, thru the air conditioning duct work without leaving any poisonous residue, Ozone has proven to be highly effective in killing bacteria, fungi, pollen and molds and inactivating viruses both on the surfaces and suspended in the air. Ozone is proven to be effective also for the inactivation of the SARS virus. while for the novel SARS-CoV-2 it is supposed that it be equally effective.

This was our 3rd stay at Indian Shores. This condo was the best one. Beautiful view of the Intercoastal! Comfortable beds, very clean and updated. Minor glitch with the keypad entry when we arrived but very quick response from the owner and fixed right away. We will be back!

The condo looked exactly like the photos. The beds were very comfortable and they provided extra pillows. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that was provided. The unit is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. I would definitely recommend. The only downside is there is not a washer and dryer in the unit, they only provide a public laundry facility and I didn’t feel comfortable using it

Beautiful condo with a spectacular view of the intercoastal.We saw dolphins a couple of times.The kitchen was well equipped. It has a Keurig as well as regular coffee maker. It has a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. All came in handy. The beds were super comfortable. Provided plenty of bath towels, as well as pool towels. I wished we could have spent more time there because we really enjoyed the condo but had to leave early because of hurricane Helene. This was our 5th visit to Indian Rocks. The area is beautiful and the people are so nice. It's like our home away from home. I understand Indian Rocks was impacted by the hurricane. Keeping all in prayer as they start the rebuilding process.
