Lovely apartment in a great location Perfect

Location was perfect, great view of the beach when we arrived (when windows were clean) good to have a washing machine, shower was very good, fridge was very good, great to have heating and hot water all day, plenty of power points, good to have access to netflix as no english could be found on tv, place was quiet and felt very safe. Owner did oblige is with late checkout on last day as our flight was late in the day.

Place is described as a complex with a reception but its only 1 apartment in total. We only saw owner on 1st and last day. No help with tv provided when requested by text to find english language channels. We were told basically to make do. We booked for 3 weeks in February but only one set of keys provided. Sheets and pillow cases very old and uncomfortable and no spare sheets or towels so we had to keep washing the 2 but no dryer and weather was cold and wet so impossible to dry in same day. No extra sheets or towels provided when we text owner. No vacuum and the brush provided was filthy with dirt, airer was old and rusty, no pegs for the cloths line, no dryer, only spanish speaking tv channels and couch was full of marks. Not possible to open sliding windows on balcony safely, they were jammed shut with kitchen fork so we had no outside space to enjoy as expected. After bad weather of 2nd week all windows were covered in sand so view of beach completely blurred. We couldn't use cooker extractor hood as it dripped a discoloured liquid when turned on as not cleaned. Place seemed clean initially but no deep cleaning being done so behind and under everything is covered in lots of dust and dirt and sand etc. Bathroom mat just sheds hair and bits so we stopped using it, again its old and shabby. No money being spent to keep place looking fresh.
