Great value for money! Super stay!

The view from the appartement on the sea was magnificent, especially at the sunset. The appartement itself is very well in order and clean. The bed/matras was also comfortable to sleep on. The location is great: 5 mins on feet till the beach.

For people sensitive to noise: there is quite some noise from the motorway which is close to the appartement, also at night.

Good

All what you need for a stay is available in the studio/appartment, incl common use items in the kitchen. It was very spacy studio appartment which and it was very clean. It had dishwasher, microwave, fridge and we even found a freezer well hidden in a high cupboard. The space is nicely decorated. It has a big TV screen and has the option to use netflix. Wifi worked very well. The views are stunning. Very close to the beach , a few 100 m and you can walk in the dunes towards Bredene, on the strand or on dike direction Oostende. Also it's only a few 100 m away from supermarket. However if you like to be close to restaurants (you will not find them in this neighbourhood). The host was easy to connect to and checked in during our stay.

The bedroom was not what I expected as it was not separate from the living room but only separated via some folding panel. The bed itself was a nice size but matrass very soft and not comfy. Also light from the kitchen/living area cannot be blocked off, the curtain in the sleeping area very good, but in the other areas it's not keeping light out. Suggestion to really close off sleeping area with a curtain (similar as on bedroom window or paneling till sealing) or provide proper curtains in living/kitchen.

Everything was perfect. I personally did wrong and didn't read that we had to bring towels and sheets on our own. But together with Blue Horizon we found a good solution! Thanks

Super Unterkunft.

Es ist ein schönes Apartment, sie Nachbarn ist auch sehr nett. Man kann ohne Gebühren seinen Hund mitnehmen, man hat eine wunderschön Aussicht auf das Meer und Nachts leuchtet ein Leuchtturm. Sie Küche ist super ausgestattet von über Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle bis hin zu einem nicerdicer. Ich werde wieder kommen, von hier aus hat man super Zugang zu Fähren, Bus und Bahn.

Dinge die etwas aus der Reihe fallen sind, der Wasserkochen ist verkalkt, der Aufzug ist belgisch typisch klein und ohne direkte Tür. Es gibt ein oder zwei Silberfischchen im Badezimmer, das ist nicht weil es dreckig sondern weil es wohl etwas Feuchtigkeit gibt. Die machen nichts im Gegenteil sie fressen Hausmilben und laufen einfach rum.

Vue splendide sur la mer du Nord

Appartement très agréable, avec une vue magnifique sur les dunes et la mer depuis la pièce principale, et sur la ville depuis la cuisine. Traversant et plein de belle lumière. Lit cozy et confortable. Beaucoup d'ustensiles et de vaisselle, aménagement agréable et pratique. Place de parking au pied de l'immeuble. Les commerces ne sont pas tout près à pied, par temps d'hiver et de grand vent c'est plus facile de circuler en voiture dans la ville. Le balcon est super, mais il faisait trop froid et venteux pour y rester cette fois-ci!

La porte de la douche ne ferme pas complètement. Du gel douche et du liquide vaisselle seraient un plus. Les draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis (sauf si supplément), cela pourrait apparaître plus explicitement dans l'annonce.

Un magnifique pied à terre face à la mer

Magnifique vue sur la mer.le studio est très accessible en tram ou en bus depuis la gare ou à pied en empruntant le bac! On est tout simplement bien dans cet appartement qu'on retrouve avec plaisir pour se poser après une journée à courir dans tous les sens !

Lage vor allem der Ausblick und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Überall kleine Mängel in der Wohnung z.b. Dusche verkalkt so dass die Seitendüsen nicht funktionieren, an den Wänden ist abgeblätterte Farbe. Wasserhahn in der Küche wackelt. Wasserkocher verkalkt, wo der Mülleimer ist, schimmelt ein Brett.

mooi goed gelegen ruime studio/apartement. alle voorzieningen aanwezig. proper en met mooi zicht op de duinen en de zee. ruime parking.

tv kijken ging niet. enkel netflix omdat we zelf een inlogcode hebben. voor de rest niets op aan te merken.

Le studio en lui même joli ,la vue,la place de parking.

La location indiquait une chambre appartement alors qu'il s'agit d'un studio.Nettoyage des vitres très très sale!!! quand le soleil tapait sur les gardes corps on ne voyait plus rien,frigo pas de platine,et les boutons du four était sale comme les couvert que mon épouse à nettoyer. Frigo des tâches,bouilloire électrique remplie de calcaire et petit morceaux dans le fond, instructions pour le wifi et TV Netflix erronée,le numéro de GSM du propriétaire était obsolète et apparemment depuis plusieurs années vue les commentaires. TV ne fonctionnait pas ni Netflix et le lit mousse de 10cm d'épaisseur très dur digne d'une planche à repasser.J'ai préféré ne pas dormir et nous sommes repartis loué ailleurs. Le gestionnaire n'est pas correct.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L' appartement était spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Ma fille de 3 ans s’y est sentie très bien. La terrasse avec transats est un vrai plus pour profiter du calme et de la belle vue sur la mer. L’endroit est paisible tout en étant proche de tout (plage, commerces, promenade…). Le contact avec le propriétaire a été agréable et professionnel. Je recommande vivement !

Un super séjour à la côte belge

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement est bien aménagé, très propre (et ça, c'est un vrai bonheur) et comporte tout l'équipement nécessaire. Le propriétaire est aussi très disponible pour toute question éventuelle, c'est vraiment très agréable :) Et alors, cette vue qui est juste dingue!

La douche fuite un peu au niveau de la porte et la bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas mais ce sont de petits détails qui pourront être vite réglés et qui n'ont en rien entaché notre séjour.
