Essbesteck, Geschirr, Trinkgläser mangelhaft. Das Mobiliar,Couch Stühle, Sideboard war unteres IKEA Niveau und entspricht nicht dem Standard eines vier Sterne Resort. DasZimmer, das wir vor 1O Jahren in diesem Resort hatten, war wesentlich besser und höherwertig ausgestattet; diese war unsere Erwartungshaltung an das Apartment und letztlich der Grund, warum wir das Apartment im Marrakesh erneut gebucht hatten. Ferner störte mich, dass nahezu 90 % der Gäste Russen ( sehr unfreundliches und abweisend ) waren. Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht kein Wort Englisch, und glaubt mit Hilfe von Smart-Phone Übersetzungshilfen mit Gästen kommunizieren zu können; dies ist Zumutung. Fragen konnten nur unzureichend beantwortet werden. Hinweise auf defekte Fitness-Geräte wurden angehört, doch in drei Wochen wurde kein einziges Gerät repariert. Hinweise, Empfehlungen, Ratschläge gibt es nicht. Der Service wurde scheinbar auf russische Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten.
