About this villa rental
Seaside Villa Lyrida is a seaside, detached villa with a private pool and within easy walking distance (just 200 m.) to the organized Blue Flag sandy beach and all amenities of Almyrida Resort (Chania, Crete).
It’s a two-storey modern villa (120 square meters) with 4 bedrooms, a cosy kitchen, a living room and 2 bathrooms/wc.
The villa can accommodate 8 guests and a kid up to 3 years old. Four modern decorated, air-conditioned bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds (150х200 and 160x200), 2 bedrooms with twin beds (90х200). A big bedroom on the ground floor has got an access to a balcony with 2 wicker chairs and a coffee table. Two bedrooms on the first floor has got their own exit to a wooden pergola covered balcony with a pool view.
The bathrooms on the ground floor and on the first floor has a shower and wc.
The living room has a big very comfortable sofa and an armchair, big flat LCD TV with satellite channels , Wi-Fi coverage. The fully-equipped new kitchen with a table are placed in an open plan area. The villa is bright thanks to many windows in all over the house.
The kitchen is equipped: electric oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, citrus juice maker.
The outside dining area with a charcoal BBQ station is created for deli breakfasts, lunches and diners.
One of many details that makes this villa exceptional is a private pool on the stone paved outside terrace with sunbeds and sunumbrellas. As a plus the fantastic comfortable hammock for your relaxation and your own opportunity to get your cocktails and beverages in a shadow and tranquil place.
Villa Lyrida is a good choice for a family holiday or for an amazing time for small group of friends. The nearest Blue Flag sandy beach is organized within 200 meters, it's just 5 min. easy walking from the villa. The seawater is crystal clear, shallow and warm and it is a marvellous combination for an opportunity for many hours of play and leisure.
The access to some public places from the villa won’t be a problem either, Villa Lyrida is located in 100 meters to a mini-market, groceries shops, bakery, ice-cream cafe, seafront bars, pharmacy, ATMs and many tavernas, cafes and restaurants of Almyrida with fantastic sea view and withhome-made dishes based on traditional recipes and local fresh products. There’s also Venetian Chania town in 25 km from the villa, which is able to offer a larger variety of supermarkets, tavernas, cafes, pharmacy, shops, ATMs. The bus stop to public bus to Chania in 200 meters as well and in 30 minutes and you are in Chania.
Chania International Airport (code CHQ) is 35 km from the villa.
Heraklion International Airport (code HER) is in 125 km.

The villa was spotless and in the perfect location for our family. A quiet area but only a stone’s throw away from the beach, shops and restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for the host and we are already looking at booking again for next year.
