L'appartamento è grande e ben fornito di tutto, ristrutturato di recente rispettando lo stile della casa e della zona. Cucina molto attrezzata, ma che noi non abbiamo usato. Due televisori moderni, di cui uno in camera da letto. La posizione è perfetta e nonostante si trovi in zona ZTL non sono stati un problema né il transito né il parcheggio grazie alla proattività del Sig. Vasco. Abbiamo anche usufruito di ottime colazioni all'italiana in un bel bar vicino e di uno sconto per il cenone di capodanno in un ristorante di zona. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta e nonostante la vicinanza con la piazza principale (con concertone di mezzanotte a capodanno) non siamo stati minimamente disturbati. Il Sig. Vasco è davvero ospitale, preciso, disponibile ed attento a tutte le esigenze.
Il bagno è grande e funzionale ma necessiterebbe di piccole manutenzioni. Il resto dell'appartamento è perfetto e pulito.
