About this apartment rental

Magnificent, unobstructed Mediterranean views. Hear the waves and feel the sea breezes in a secluded bubble of St. Paul’s Bay.
Swimming at your doorstep. Cafes, convenience stores and an award-winning gourmet restaurant within 2 minutes’ walk, Cafe del Mar in 30. Easy access to St. Julian’s, Sliema, Mdina, Valletta and the beaches.
Not on the tourist strip however in Summer is has a busier fun vibe.
Low rise building; one apartment per floor.

Quiet nights - definitely not a tourist hotspot, but lively enough during the daytime and evenings.
Directly overlooks small boat moorings and open sea beyond - no street in front, no adjoining buildings.
Rooftop access (to chill or tan all day without the crowds) shared by only one other apartment.
Fully airconditioned with reverse cycle for the few winter months.
Luxury touches: 400 thread-count sheets, Nespresso machine, designer beach towels etc.
Supplement our hi-def screens and whatever streaming entertainment you bring with our artbooks, classics and an offbeat title or two, plus bluetooth speakers, a turntable and some great vinyl.

John the host was more than helpful and welcoming and very informative with any questions we had. The flat its self was absolutely wonderful and comfortable. The views were breathtaking. It had everything one would want or need. Want to go back.

My family and I stayed at this stunning penthouse in Malta in August, and it exceeded all our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice — the place is even more beautiful in person. It was sparkling clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. We had everything we could possibly need, from beach towels to even eggs waiting for us in the fridge on arrival. On top of that, the penthouse is in the perfect location to experience Malta, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the island has to offer. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malta.

I cannot say enough about how great this flat is! My family of 4 including two teenage boys stayed here for a week from Vancouver, B.C. and we had the absolute best time! The location is convenient for the Northern Island tours as well as plenty of great cafes, restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The flat its self is super spacious with great air conditioning in both bedrooms. We enjoyed keeping the balcony doors open to enjoy the ocean breezes, and just the bedrooms cool for the evenings. You can swim right outside the front door. The hosts John and Maria were very thoughtful in even providing some essential food items for our arrival. I would definitely recommend to anyone and dir any length of time. We will be back!
