The ferry to Sydney CBD departs from your doorstep, reaching the city in just 7 minutes. You're also just a short stroll from the cafés and restaurants of Blues Point Road, with North Sydney Station and the CBD within easy walking distance.
The apartment features a bright open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with stone benchtops and gas cooking, a spacious bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, a modern bathroom, and secure undercover parking. Positioned high on the 10th floor, the apartment enjoys stunning harbour views, creating a peaceful and relaxing setting for your stay.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience.

Ideally located in the heart of McMahons Point, the apartment is just a short walk to the North Sydney business district and train station. The McMahons Point ferry is only 50 metres away, providing a quick 7-minute trip to Sydney CBD. Enjoy easy access to the popular cafés, restaurants and village atmosphere of nearby Blues Point Road.
Getting Around:
Getting around is effortless from this prime location. The apartment includes complimentary on-premises undercover parking, with additional free parking available outside the property and in the adjacent parking building. The McMahons Point ferry is just 50 metres away, offering a scenic 7-minute trip to Sydney CBD, while North Sydney Station and the business district are within easy walking distance. Cafés, restaurants and local shops along Blues Point Road are just around the corner, making it easy to explore Sydney by foot, ferry, train or car.
Other Things to Note:
The washing machine is in the building. Not inside the apartment. Washing machine & Dryer are coin operated.
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Lost keys, or keys not returned to the lockbox at check-out, will incur a call-out fee.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. The fire alarms are very sensitive and may trigger a Fire Brigade call-out. A $1,000 fee will apply if smoking or vaping activates the fire alarm.

Great spot to stay while visiting Sydney. The car park was very easy to access and essential for us. We were able to leave the car in the car park while we explored Sydney via the fabulous ferry system - just a short, flat walk from the apartment. The apartment was very spacious and has wonderful views. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sydney.

When my sister and I walked into the apartment, we were blown away by the spectacular views. .Communication about the apartment, what to do etc was excellent. The location and security is superb. It was only one minute walk to the ferry.I would recommend this apartment. You won't be disappointed. You won't want to leave.
