To a foreigner area looks a bit suspicious but had good experiences after all. I mentioned effective A/C and we opted for open windows at night instead. Open windows were invitation to mosquitoes. Local dogs were also stepping in to make some noise when A/C was silent.
Spacious, well appointed house for two people. Check in instructions video makes it easy to find and do self check in. Charlotte is quick to respond to questions and makes efforts to accommodate as many visitor's wishes as possible. Air conditioner is effective but relatively loud.
It was the first time I found Netflix in any rented accommodation.
