Very well equipped, to spend a beautiful holiday with family or friends.

Facing south and bright, located 100 m from a fine sandy beach (Karrec Hir beach between Boutrouilles and Neiz Vran) in a large enclosed garden of 600 m2 with gate.
Peace and quiet guaranteed.
Capacity: 6 people. Ideal accommodation for family holidays (cot and high chair available) or with friends.
First floor:
- A fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer part, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster).
- A living room with smart TV and corner sofa.
- A separate toilet.
- A bathroom with shower.
- A storeroom with washing machine and large cupboard.
- A bedroom with a queen size bed of 160x200 cm.
Upstairs:
- 2 large bedrooms each with a 140x200 cm bed, and in addition a 90x200 cm bed in one of the two.
- Laptop workspace (desk) in one of the bedrooms.
Outside:
- Stamped concrete terrace.
- A garden table with 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers, 4 garden armchairs, a parasol.
- Garden shed, petanque court, 3 adult VTCs, a 24-inch VTC (teen size) ping-pong table, a Mollky

The house is located near Meneham, a charming hamlet by the sea, made up of thatched houses.

Very enjoyable 7 days in Brittany at this well equipped, beautiful property, located within 100 metres of a beach and within cycling and walking distance of a variety of different beaches and coves with fantastic body boarding and surfing opportunities.

Sehr nette Vermieter, die bemüht sind, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Problemlose Kontaktaufnahme und Absprache bei An- und Abreise.
Sehr komfortables Ferienhaus, modern, bequem und funktional eingerichtet. Gute Betten und elektrische Rolladen im Ergeschoss; zwei großzügige weitere Schlafzimmer mit Verdunkelung im Dachgeschoss. Großzügige Terrasse mit perfekten Gartenmöbel zum Essen oder Sonnen. Fantastische Lage mit Dünenweg zur Badebucht. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt zum Radwandern.
