This was a great venue for a quiet holiday by the coast. We enjoyed watersports, walking and cycling around the surrounding area. The house is well equipped and clean and tidy.

Propriétaire très sympathique et proposition de visiter une exploitation agricole avec ma fille, nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de la faire, une semaine c’est court

Nous avons passé une super semaine avec une météo exceptionnelle et un sympathique accueil de Catherine et de belles attentions (crêpes et cidre au frais), et une magnifique maison idéalement située à proximité des plages , tout est prévu, rien ne manque pour passer un agréable séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir car tant de découvertes à faire encore.

Superbe maison bien concue avec tout se sont on avait besoin. A 2 mn à pied de la première plage, et de nombreuses autres à peine plus loin. On voit même la mer au loin depuis l étage !! Des propriétaires très accueillants. Bref on reviendra quand le covid le permettra...

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager und 1 Hund) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, verfügt über helle, freundliche Zimmer. Die Betten sind super bequem. Neiz Vran ist zwar etwas abgelegen, dafür ist es extrem ruhig (!) und die Strände sind einfach nur "WOW"!

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war sauber. Die Einrichtung gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Catherine, die uns so nett empfangen hat und uns mit Köstlichkeiten aus der Region versorgte. Ein rundum toller Urlaub.

Klasse Haus, sehr entspannende Umgebung, aber Auto täglich notwendig

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und ausgesprochen durchdacht eingerichtet. Mit unserer 4-köpfigen Familie haben wir hier einen absolut entspannenden Sommerurlaub verbracht. Besonders gefiel uns, dass auch in der absoluten Hochsaison die naheliegenden (wirklich sehr schönen) Strandbuchten nur von wenigen Anwohnern besucht wurden. Es war herrlich ruhig am Strand, so dass auch kleinere Kinder hier wunderbar ihre ersten Schwimmversuche unternehmen können. Die Vermieter sind absolut freundlich und wirklich sehr zuvorkommend. Daher steht außer Frage, dass auch wir zukünftig gerne wiederkommen. Was vor Ort etwas fehlt sind kleinere Einkaufsgelegenheiten, um bspw. einen kleinen Snack in Strandnähe einzunehmen oder Kleinigkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs kurzfristig zu erwerben. Daher haben wir letztlich täglich für entsprechende Besorgungen auf unser Auto zurückgegriffen. - Uns hat das nicht gestört. Aber im Idealfall wäre es natürlich schon schön, wenn entsprechende Angebote auch vor Ort wären.

Die Bilder geben das Haus zu 100% wieder. Alles sehr geräumig, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Total ruhige Umgebung, die zum vollkommenen Entspannen einlädt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen (von Geschirr über Wanderkarten bis hin zu Strandutensilien ist alles vorhanden)! In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus (weitester Fußweg bei Schlendergang ca. 5 Min) befinden sich mehrere tolle Strände, die kaum besucht waren. Das Wasser ist traumhaft klar! Der Garten ist umzäunt, allerdings endet der Zaun hinterm Haus 1-2m bevor der „Steinwall“ beginnt wodurch hier nur eine Hecke das ausreißen des Hundes verhindert. Unser Hund ist allerdings kein „Ausreißer“, sodass dies für eins kein Problem war. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 5km entfernt, sodass ein Auto quasi unerlässlich ist. Beim benachbarten Campingplatz kann man morgens allerdings per Autoverkauf frisches Baguette und Croissants erwerben. Mit dem Auto bieten sich in der Gegend zahlreiche Ausflugmöglichkeiten. Zu empfehlen wäre unserer Ansicht nach die Märkte in Lesneven (montags) und Saint Renan (samstags). Ein tolles Restaurant wurde uns von den Vermietern Joel und Catherine empfohlen (Le corniche in Brignogan-Plage). Die beiden waren super nett und hilfsbereit! Alles in allem ist das Haus nur zu empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!!

Das Objekt, die Vermieter und die Umgebung waren für uns total ok, freundlich & schön. Nicht ok war, dass die Kaution nicht im Inserat steht. Unverständlich ist, wenn auf ein Inserat in der Muttersprache die restliche Kommunikation in einer Fremdsprache erfolgen soll. Mit den heutigen Möglichkeiten digitaler Technik sollte eine Übersetzungsfunktion der Plattform kein Problem sein.

Schönes Haus in fantastischer Lage

Modernes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Sehr ruhig inmitten einer Feriensiedlung zwischen mehreren herrlichen Stränden gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, das Mobiliar ist ordentlich, aber wir fanden sämtliche Möbel etwas unbequem. Die Matratzen sind dünn und das Sofa hat kaum Polsterung. Das Schlafzimmer im EG leidet etwas unter Feuchtigkeit. Der Garten ist groß, aber leider lieblos gestaltet. Es gibt nur ein größeres Stück Rasen, keine Blumen oder Büsche und der Rest des Hauses ist mit Schotter umgeben, der wie Bauschutt aussieht. Es ist nicht möglich das Haus zu betreten, ohne Schmutz mit hineinzutragen. Auf zwei Seiten wird das Grundstück von einer durchlässigen Hecke auf kleinen Sanddünen mit riesigen Kaninchenlöchern begrenzt. Wir hatten Mühe, unseren Hund fern davon zu halten. Die Küste bietet einen Strand nach dem anderen, die allesamt sehr sauber und absolut fantastisch sind. In Kerlouan und Guisseny, beide etwa 5 km entfernt, sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einfache Restaurants. Wer hochwertige Restaurants sucht, muß ca. 20 Minuten mit dem PKW fahren. Catherine, die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und empfing und verabschiedete uns sehr herzlich. Vielen Dank!

Wir haben hier 3 sehr schöne Sommerferienwochen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch für 8 Personen ausreichend, ideal ist es aber für 6 Personen. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einziger "Nachteil" ist, dass es kein deutsches Fernsehen gab, hat aber nur unsere Kinder wirklich gestört.

Das Haus ist relativ neu und die Fotos geben es exakt wieder. Sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, moderne Küche und Bäder, es fehlt an nichts. Reichlich Besteck, Teller und Töpfe (nicht immer selbstverständlich), ein Grill, diverse Kinderspiele und sogar eine kleine Bibliothek mit Büchern auf französisch, deutsch und englisch. Das Grundstück ist groß und komplett eingefriedet - unser Hund konnte bedenkenlos dort laufen. Die Lage ist traumhaft - man kann das Meer aus der oberen Etage sehen - mehrere Strände sind ca. 200 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Der nächste Ort (Kerlouan) ist ca. 5 Km d.h. zum Einkaufen ist ein Auto oder zumindest ein Fahrrad nötig (Fahrräder sind auch vor Ort). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ist das Haus eine echte Empfehlung. Wir haben uns dort 2 Wochen wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Merci bien et a bientôt ...

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet, mit allem was man benötigt. Alles sehr sauber und man hat wirklich alles, was man zum Urlaub braucht. Zwei sehr schöne Strände sind nur wenige Meter zu Fuß entfernt und auch für schöne Fahrrad Touren standen Fahrräder bereit. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très belle location pour 6 personnes, spacieuse, bien agencée et bien équipée, la déco est de bon goût et le linge de maison est fourni, que du plus. Les chambres et les salles de bains sont elles aussi de bonne taille et agréables. Nous avons passés 15 jours de vacances en famille et nos deux petites filles ont appréciées cette location pour le jardin, les canoës, les jeux de société qui étaient à leur disposition. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour cette prestation.

Das Haus ist ein recht neues, von den netten Vermietern auch als eigenes Ferienhaus genutztes Domizil. Schön eingerichtet, sauber und in der Garage eine Vielzahl von Strandutensilien zur freien Verwendung. Zu Fuß 5 Minuten von zwei Stränden toll gelegen in absoluter Ruhe. Die gute Raumaufteilung hat auch unseren beiden Kindern in der Früh gute Spielmöglichkeiten gegeben, ohne uns früh aufzuwecken. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet, die Betten und Sitzmöbel waren alle gemütlich und stimmig bezogen, insgesamt war das Haus gut durchdacht (z.B. Windstopper zum Ausziehen auf der Terrasse (haben wir allerdings nur 1x gebraucht). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns sogar von Ihren Kartoffeln mitgebracht. Die zwei Wochen haben uns viel Spaß gemacht!

Rien à redire sur la qualité de la location ! La maison est récente, très agréablement meublée et avec goût, bien équipée, propre, spacieuse et bien située puisqu'au calme. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec les propriétaires tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons pu visiter l'exploitation laitière pour le plus grand bonheur des enfants ce qui est un vrai plus car ils ont pu bénéficier de nombreuses explications et échanges avec les propriétaires. La location est entourée de belles plages où l'on peut se rendre à pieds. L'endroit est très agréable pour les amoureux du calme et de la nature. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances et sommes prêts à y retourner prochainement.
