About this house rental
Beautiful Marsh front sunsets with dock access located 3 miles from Folly Beach and convenient 10 minute drive to Charleston. The entire downstairs unit B consists of 1 private bedroom and bathroom with shower (no tub). Go paddle boarding, kayaking, canoe or boating right out back. The unit is furnished with 1 Queen bed in private bedroom, 1 twin sized bed, futon and standard couch in common area, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker. The dock has good water for a small john boat all but 1 hour before and after dead low tide. There is a free public boat ramp 3 miles away. Wonderful sunsets from the dock with great fishing, shrimping, crab and oysters. Very convenient to grocery, great restaurants, Folly Beach and Charleston.
