About this campground/ rv resort rental
Our recently renovated vintage 1976 Airstream Land Yacht is a cozy Glamper that has everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Nestled next to our creek, you'll see water fowl galore while sipping your morning coffee in our outdoor seating area. Just 15 minutes to Folly Beach & 6 minutes to Downtown Charleston, we are in an ideal location for a fun Charleston getaway.
This cozy airstream can sleep four, but really is best for just two adults and two children, or two adults.
The entire airstream is for your use, as well as the outside sitting area on the front deck. The rest of the backyard is shared with our other guests from two other units. Please enjoy the picnic table, hot tub, grill and fire pit!
The Airstream is equipped with an AC unit to keep you cool in the summer, and a heater to keep you warm in the winter.
We live locally if you need anything or have any questions.
The cleaning fee is based on a "courteous guest". Any excessive dirtiness or neglect will accrue an additional $95 fee

I booked this spot on a whim and never knew it was in someone’s backyard. That’s always a red flag for me and we’ve never done it before. This changed EVERYTHING. we had the BEST time in this cute little spot and would have thought the whole garden, river, walkways was all ours to ourself. The inside is cute and quaint- what you’d expect with a camper but also felt roomy and homey. We had one minor issue with septic tank the three days we stayed here and it was literally fixed within minutes by the host. People’s leftover condiments also came in hand. If you’re thinking of booking this spot- DO IT!!!! So close to everything Charleston too. We only drove more than 20 min one time and that was to go to cypress gardens. 10/10 recommend. :)

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in the airstream. Every morning we’d wake to baby geese and their mother coming into the yard from the water and was so cool to see.Sarah is extremely attentive, we felt very taken care of, while being left to experience the airstream ourselves.We stayed for 3 nights, and had to empty the gray water tank at the end of day two. Sarah gave great instructions, and it was incredibly simple and kind of fun to have a true RV-lite weekend.Parking is very generous, the wifi is great, and the yard was full of enjoyable things to do while we weren’t around town. I wouldn’t enjoy it as much if the airstream had more than the two of us. It is a large airstream, but still pretty tight. It was all part of the experience for us. We ended up using some of the linens on the twin beds on the larger bed. Having another sheet would’ve been nice but we definitely made it work well for us.Thanks again, Pursells, for providing an amazing place to stay during our short trip to Charleston.

The hot tub was super gross and unable to be used. The actual Airstream was cute and really nicely appointed, but I feel like if you list something as an amenity on the property, it should be available for use.
