To finalize your reservation, you’ll need to send us your vacation insurance policy.
We’ll also process a pre-authorization hold of €1,500 on your credit card via a phone call.
In the event of damage or an issue:
- A deduction from the previously held security deposit will be processed immediately
- If the amount of the security deposit is insufficient to cover the cost of repairs, the tenant agrees to pay the cost of repairs out of their own pocket.
- A 10% administrative fee (with a minimum of €30) will be added to this deduction
- A 1% bank fee on the deducted amount will also be applied during the transaction.
An inventory of the property will be sent to each guest prior to their arrival. In the event of any discrepancies, the traveler must send an email with photos and descriptions by midnight on the day of arrival to the following address: [email protected]. Failure to send such an email will automatically validate the initial property inspection report.
