Finca Can Jan is quietly located in the centre of the island near Llucmajor in the south of Mallorca, Spain. It is an ideal starting point for excursions. The beaches around Arenal as well as the Es Trenc beach at Sa Rapida can be reached in 15 minutes. The village of Llucmajor, a typical Mallorcan small town, is 2.5 km away. Many bars invite you to linger, supermarkets, restaurants and everything your heart desires can be found here. There is a green weekly market on the market square on Wednesdays and Sundays. On Friday mornings it is worth visiting the flea market in the village ... perhaps in combination with a second breakfast in one of the cafés. You can start the most beautiful cycle tours and walks directly from the finca. Children have space to run and play. A house that can be lived in all year round.

Outside, in addition to the house with 2 large terraces (partly covered), we have the pool area, a large barbecue area, the garden and of course plenty of space for parking. The whole property is well fenced and the pool is elevated. This makes the finca very suitable for smaller children.

A finca with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday.

In this area of Mallorca, you cannot speak of urban sprawl on the island. The plots must be of a minimum size to be allowed to build a house at all. This means that although you have neighbours (which can be very helpful in a foreign country), they don't come too close to you given the plot size of 7000 m2.

Animals are generally allowed after consultation with the landlord.
