Located directly across from Sugar Mountain ski slopes (can see them when leaving the neighborhood) this newly remodeled condo has a rustic modern design. You will have all the comfort of modern amenities (internet, 65” Roku TV, Netflix, full kitchen, Keurig) but retaining the ski cabin feel. From the rear deck you can enjoy views of Grandfather Mountain. The front deck offers a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while giving a feeling that you are in the middle of a forest.

We had a great time at the condo! It was centrally located to everything and a short drive to most places. The owner was super helpful. He checked in to make sure everything was good and a day later offered some other restaurant ideas that weren’t in the binder provided. Overall, I’m very pleased!

We really enjoyed this VRBO and all of the attractions in the Banner Elk area. I'll definitely be back again in the years to come.

This property is as listed. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We used it as a base to explore the parkway and area for scenery and hiking. There were restaurants in the area as well if we didn’t want to cook. I will recommend this property to family and friends.
