About this house rental
New to the rental market, this beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private heated infinity pool, whirlpool and unbeatable sea views maximised through a 15m glass wall.
Large living room with a 75inch smart TV, two large sofas, dining area. Free WiFi.
Fully fitted kitchen with all cooking utensils, American fridge freezer, dishwasher.
Separate exceptionally large utility area with washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes airer. Downstairs toilet.
Air conditioning throughout.
Spacious outdoor area with and stunning sea views.
Relax under the shaded pergola with outdoor lounge seating and a dinning table.
It has a large sun terrace with sunbeds and parasols surrounding the electrically heated pool.
The pool measures 9x 4 m and is accessed by Roman steps and incorporates a built in whirlpool.
The lovely covered outside seating area is ideal for relaxing in the warm evenings enjoying the BBQ facilities.
Sit and watch the sunset and the bright lights of Fanabe and Playa Del Duque. Watch the boats from Puerta Colon. Really fabulous views.
Electric pool heating November to April.
Solar powered pool cover keeps pool temperature warm all year round.
Four double bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with double bed and ensuite.
Bedroom 2, master with king size bed, ensuite and patio door leading to outdoor area.
Bedroom 3, with double bed and patio door leading to balcony and roof terrace.
Bedroom 4, with two singles beds and patio door leading to balcony and roof terrace.
Bedroom 3 & 4 are on top floor and are serviced by family bathroom.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
Villa will be cleaned prior to arrival. Linen and towels are supplied.
Maid service & additional cleaning can be arranged and paid for locally.
Travel cot and highchair provided upon request.

Our stay was very pleasant. The property had everything we needed and the location was very quiet, but still just a 5 - 10 minute drive from Siam Waterpark, the beach and shopping. The view was stunning and the kids loved the pool.

Excellent villa loved our stay, but would advise hiring a car as the villa high up in the hills. But this made the views and sunset’s amazing
